The front desk woman was extremely rude. I checked out without even stating my full stay. She had no bra on at the front desk and again was very rude to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and refused to give me her name.

The toilet plumbing was un hooked so not working no water. Crumbs in my bed so no laundry done. Front desk was friendly and when I notified of issues he did apologize and said sorry.

The hotel was being remodeled. Light switches were grimy, bad tile job in bathroom. All lamps have been taken out & recessed light installed that the front desk didn't even know about. Not a wonderful nights stay. Breakfast was ok but still would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was surprisingly very good. The morning clerk wasn't as friendly. The hotel itself is very old, run down and needs a lot of work.

Horrible big brunette girl at front desk after selling our house working all day said our second 7lb dog couldn’t stay there we had no where to go already paid no money she accommodated charged us double pet fee insinuated we had extra people in the room like we r tweakers just a family in between homes, went to book two more nights only cause my wife didn’t want to move I talked to manager he said we were good to stay in same room, the day comes I’m at work they charge my wife then go and kick out my family because of 2 7lb dogs “pet friendly” they “didn’t know” nightmare, bugs, construction going on

None smoking was not!! The night and morning desk ppl are unhappy at their job. Was not welcoming didn’t even smile or say hello nothing. The shower has paint coming off in the ceiling. The shower head was so rusty. Sheets was so thin I had to use the other beds sheet to keep warm. All the lamps and clock was in plug so had to push desk back to do their job. It was just yuk to me and will never stay again. We travel from San Antonio to visit family and get a room all the time. I wanted to see stay here because it looked to be beautiful and that my friend is a lie.

A decent stay. Room was big and the bed was comfy! Not worth the price however. Was desperate because the storm and disappointed that the app I used didn't disclose the excessive dog fee and deposit. I guess for the area I understand, but I paid over 120 dollars for one night and it was not that kind of place.

Our power went out during the recent ice storm so we needed some place warm. It was warm but extremely run down. Wall were dirty, bathroom sink leaked when you turned on the water. The desk chair was broken. The entire place needs some money put back into it for repairs, remodeling and upgrades.

Very big and clean room. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, floors were all fresh and clean. I'd stayed here before and had the same experience. Check in was quick. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help out. The only minor concern that I might have is the hearing/cooling units in the two rooms I've been in...the heater tends to not work too well. I stayed here during two cold snaps and although the room was not freezing, the heater just didn't get the room as warm as I'd would have liked it. Nevertheless, I will stay here again if i need to.

This hotel is very run down. It appears that the staff is doing its job to keep it clean but it is ready for a major overhaul. Carpets are rolling up and every wall has structure cracks that have been repaired poorly. Touch up paint didn't match. Depressing!

I was there 3 nights and I needed to come to the desk every evening to get my card re-activated. The toilet had issues flushing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and cold in that extreme heat. Comfort it had, but lacked in appearance. If all you want is a room that is cold at night and a comfy bed, great turn down and customer service then you won’t be disappointed. Would stay again.

No pool. No breakfast. No luggage holder in the room.besides no pool worst of all no coffer pot even a micro small on in the room. Was clean , comfortable, too bad they don't fix these little things that matter to trvelers. We won't stay here again.

Staff was helpful and courteous. I liked the fact that the room's door was inside the building as it gave a sense of safety. The room itself was disappointing. We rented 2 rooms. One stunk like wet dog or something moldy. The other had wet carpet. The top blanket on the bed was beige, but the color was closer to dirty white. Both blankets were really thin. No clue if those are the only ones on beds in Winter. I'd hope not! Carpets were absolute nightmares. They were obviously old and very stained. There also was only the thin, see-through, white curtains. So not good for safety at night. Felt like others might be able to see into the room when lights were on. Also meant the room was extremely sunny during the morning, so no good for sleeping in. Refrigerator and A/C both worked well. Didn't use television or microwave. No clue if those worked. Bathroom was tiny, cramped, and questionable on cleanliness. Sink was cracked. Tub was discolored. Toilet lid sat on the commode strangely as if the cover to the back was too large. Had to lean a little forward to use the toilet. Not super comfortable. Only given 2 towels. Would've appreciated at least 1 more. However, plenty of hot water. Price was nice, compared to other hotels in the area. Would be a good idea if the carpets were completely replaced and repairs done to rooms.

There was nothing positive about this stay. No a/c in hallways, no working ice machine on 2nd floor. Carpets and floors looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in ages. They advertise breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30. We got to the breakfast area at 8:45 and there was literally nothing left to eat. Apparently, the manager heard me complaining (another guest pointed her out to us as we left and she walked into an employee only room and slammed the door) and she never offered an explanation as to why there was no food. Ok, maybe staff didn't show up, but she should have said something to us when she heard me complaining. We will never stay in another Rodeway Inn and will not recommend it to anyone.

However The bathroom did not have any level surfaces everything had been repaired badly shelves were at an angle and there were no full size towels dried of with a hand towel and a wash cloth.
