I got the room. Heavy smell of cleaning fluids in hallway. Stairwell smelled of smoke. Window in room broken. Bed old linen dated. I immedietlu called another hotel and we did not stay one minute more. When we hot to new hotel i felt sick to my stomack was so queezy i promptly threw up

The property is very outdated, and the hallways to and in the rooms were very stinky of cigarette smells. It literally made me nauseous.

This hotel was a never again from the moment we walked in. The man didn't want to get out of the chair to check us in. We walked in the hotel part and it smelled so bad of cigarettes it wasn't funny. Then a little rat dog tried to bite me. We get to the room and go in and it is set at 86 degrees and is hot and humid. There is no chair to sit in like it says there is. There is hardly any plugs. The room is supposed to be handicap accessible and you couldn't hardly walk. The bathroom was big for handicap but it was supposed to have a shower with a stool and it was a tub with a torn shower curtain. The only thing good was the beds were comfortable. The next morning we went for breakfast and only a quarter of what the pictures show they have was there. it was basically non existant. Go to leave and look at the pool and it looks like it has been decaying for years. We get back to our room that night and someone had been in our room even though we had the do not disturb hanger on the door. Someone came in and was watching tv. They had changed the tv guide to HBO and it was changed so everything was in Spanish. Then we go to check out the next morning and the same man did not want to check us out he was to busy stuffing his fat face with food. Very rude, Very misleading photos and description of hotel. Will never stay again.

It was a very good stay. Only had one small issue. The light over the bathroom sink was out. The light needs to be replaced. Otherwise a very good stay.

the water pressure in the shower not too good and face bowl sink water wasnt hot and the sheets on the bed had us itchy.

The room was clean and quiet but the water pressure was lacking. The number of people hanging out in the parking lot was a little unsettling but there were no issues. i did get a good night sleep with nice cold AC.

The day time receptionist was very rude and inappropriate. Multiple times he accused me of having inappropriate guest in my rooms when it was only me and my daughter which were 6 and 12. Not to mention the pool they have a picture of on the brochure and website is completely wrong. It was drained and full of dirt and trash. Overall if you get what you pay for here.

Bathroom light and toilet didn’t work. Room wasn’t very clean. Felt like I bothered the front desk. Overall, our stay wasn’t that great and we’ve stayed here before, it was disappointing.

The staff was wonderful very inviting. And they also changed my check in date with no charge. It was totally my fault that I picked the wrong check in date. It was clean and comfortable which made for good nights rest.

This property sucks! Do not stay here. There is an inside door to get to your room but he makes you go back outside in the rain to go through a different door. The hallway has no air and smells horrible. The sheets smell horrible. The floors are sticky and dirty. The hallways are very hot and smells very bad. The weed smell is horrific. The wifi dont work. The breakfast suck. The bread was so hard you could hear it if you knock on it. People standing outside by the vehicle's all night like they selling drugs. People please do not stay here. You will regret it.

Needed a cheap hotel and didn't have high expectations. Entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. My room was non-smoking but you could tell tons of air freshener was sprayed to try to hide the smell. Bed wasn't made properly. The A/C worked great so that was a plus. Staff were friendly. Seemed like a safe environment. The room was surprisingly quiet and couldn't hear any road noise. I only stayed here because I was by myself and needed something cheap. I wouldn't bring my family here.

The entire place reeks of cigarettes. The blankets had holes in them. The bathtub was completely clogged so you’re standing in 3 inches of water. Overall this place needs to be updated.

no elevator on premise, no service for snacks, coffee etc. office closed and only one entrance and that was to the side. coffee machine doesnt work, very rude personel up front. VERY AWFULL SMELL ALL AROUND, CANT GET USED TO THAT SMELL. WILL NEVER STAY AT AN AMERICAS BEST AGAIN!!!!!

Other than location, price and availability horrible motel. Roaches in the room. NO HOT WATER! Smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. TV is from 2005. Room furniture has stains.

Arrived at 11pm. Check in was outside though cold out. Couldn’t go through lobby to get to our room. No hot water in room at night. Alarm clock couldn’t be reset, no plugs by bed, couldn’t reset temperature on heater. No Kleenex in the room. Were told Breakfast was till 10:00am, but we’re chastised for arrival at 9:40 am. No decaf available. Mediocre breakfast. Basically cereal. No fruit or yogurt
