The hotel was very clean and fairly quiet. The only issue is there was no fan in the bathroom.

Bed was very hard. Front desk just seemed difficult. Maybe dealing with hard stuff that day? I would recommend not assuming everyone is out to get a freebie. Just wanted to add my daughters car so they wouldn’t tow it as we take my car around the college and it seemed hard also changing from two beds to one as my daughter didn’t stay seemed weird.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! This place was a mess and they blamed us for it. I can excuss the dirt on the floor, i can excuss an unkept pool area, i can even understand the semi-lethargic attitude of the staff. But when the room has PERIOD BLOOD STAINS on the covers and it is obvious that it was just covered up real quickly to make it look like the room was clean, i lose it. Especially when they charged us for new sheets! Whats sad is that i was legit trying to handle this as nicely as possible and was almost ready to let bygones be bygones, but when i saw the addition charge and was not told about it at check out, all bets are off and i will now be telling every single person i can to NEVER stay at this hotel. I would go so far as to say i am never staying at a La Quinta inn again but that is not fair to the franchise as this was the first time my family stayed at one of their hotels, but rest assured the next time i go up to Pocatello, Idaho to visit family, i will not even consider booking a stay at this place.

Pretty average hotel, nothing special. Was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so not the best room. Bathroom was fairly clean, but the shower needed a deeper scrub.

I travelled with my 2 children to attend an all-native basketball tournament and was encouraged to stay elsewhere by my teammates in the area. I should have listened. 1st, the parking was inadequate. Several trucks with trailers took up lots of parking area. When asked if there was additional parking I was given attitude about "not controlling parking" and told I could park across the road. This was a semi busy road and there is no cross walk and was dangerous 2 walk across as cars speed down. 2nd I was charged $395.50 and the claim is I smoked in my room. I asked for proof and was told there was a cigarette smoke smell and "yellow" on the ceiling and hung up on. Everyone I spoke to gives a different reason for the charge, and told to speak to a manager. I have yet to speak with a manager or receive proof, and when I call from my phone, no one answers and I have had to go thru 3rd party to speak to anyone at the hotel. I believe this is retaliation and partially due to me asking why my room wasn't cleaned while I was out the 1st day. I was given the excuse of "being in my room" which was a lie. I left at 8am and didn't return until around 7pm and left again 8pm. Plenty of time for my room to be cleaned. I was out of my room 11.59am (checkout was noon) housekeeping kept checking even tho i had my "still resting" sign and they were literally waiting outside of my room when we walked out.

The room was very comfy and seemed to be updated. Nice shower, we loved the Dove products! Not too many times you can take a shower where you smell good from the soap that you use. It had a very nice refrigerator and a great microwave which we used for both. Room was comfortable and bed was nice! By the way, the lobby coffee was very, very delicious!

Very nice place to stay even with furry family members. It is a pet friendly place so we saw lots of furry friends in the halls and on walks outside. My only complaint is that when families without fur babies stay you do see the residual hair and occasional kibble left on carpets and couches. This could be problematic for humans with allergies and could bother some people a lot. So a bit more care when vacuuming could be helpful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and our room was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at La Quinta exceeded our expectations. Lately our hotel stays have been less than great. La Quinta was updated, clean, the room was huge, clean and bright. This will be our go to hotel when staying in Pocatello.

Breakfast was great and room was nice. The only two hiccups was the hot tub was pretty chilly and our tub was slow to drain making you stand in a puddle while showering. Overall a great facility and would return.

I've stayed here a couple of times on my travels between Colorado and Montana. It's clean, conveniently located, and I can walk to two nearby restaurants when I'm too tired to get back in a car after a long day of driving. They also accept pets.

Good: Quiet and easy on/off from I-15 Bad: Kind of dingy hotel. My first room was quite dirty and run down, including dried blood on the curtains. Front desk staff was super friendly though and I got moved to a much better room, but even the better room had some wear and tear.
