Our room was in need of some TLC but it was very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had a dog and it was hard for with my bad knees to go up and down the stairs all the time. I loved that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight and kids 17 and under had to be out by 10. I enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub with no kids playing around. It was great.

Carole was amazing!!! Check-in was smooth and quick. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Pool area was nice. Hotels.com shows gym at this property but that is not the case. Quiet, safe area to stay. Would reccomend!!

Loved the stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. They do cookies in the evening that were delicious. The breakfast was good too. We will be back

This hotel is conveniently located, near Interstate 15, but not too close. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite & helpful. I regularly travel through Pocatello, & will remember this hotel the next time that I'm in the area

This hotel really went above and beyond with what I was expecting. The best of it? Our room. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great condition. Everything was perfect at our room. Bathroom has a decent size and it’s very clean. I would stay many more times at this hotel and definitely would recommend it. Breakfast wasn’t great but they had coffee and that’s the only must for me. For the pricing I have to say I wasn’t expecting much but this hotel won over some others more expensive ones I have stayed in the are.

Place is a little dated but comfortable. Nice amenities, decent breakfast, good WIfi, lots of parking. Just off the I15 so great for driving thru (just far enough away to be quiet.) In a little hotel zone so there are lots of restaurant options.Good value for money.

Exactly what we needed after a long day driving. Super friendly staff even had homemade cookies and lemonade at check in. good breakfast comfortable sleep. only problem was hot water wasnt real hot

Although the hot breakfast was good, I will not plan on staying here again. The whole area seemed a bit cramped for space, from the park lot area, to the sizes of the rooms, and the area for the hot breakfast. In the morning, people were in each other's way trying to get to the tables, as there was just a small opening to get into the breakfast area and the counter with the food items were in that same location. The bathrooms had a slight mildew smell and there were no towel racks other than a hook on the bathroom door. There were no elevators at this location, which made it a bit difficult for my elderly mother, as our rooms were upstairs, but we managed. I had to stand at the front desk along with another for 10 mins, during check-in, the attendant was no where to be found, but finally came, indicating she was sorry, citing that she had to help someone with their TV in their room. Seemed like they were understaffed at the time, but not sure, maybe this normal for them.

Our stay was amazing. We Z l(my younger sister and myself) were in Pocatello for a funeral. You late eve ing clerk was amazing. I am sorry i forgot her name. She gave us direction to the fu eral home. Easy find. The late night cookies yum yum.

I like the fact they fixed the hot tub and was able to soak i was looking forward to it what we didnt like was the yelling for the kids in the pool wasnt able to enjoy it like we did last time and the fidge in the room wasnt cold and the bed was kinda hard and needed more pillows but other than that it was good

Place is starting to look dated. Pool was down due to a leak and the water in the hot tub was very green! Room was ok but looking dated. Staff were fantastic, support nice,. Breakfast was good. Price was a bit high for what it is

Room was good, and bed was comfortable. Price was good too. The morning free breakfast was a problem though. They were low on eggs both days, none on Sunday. So, disappointing to expect breakfast provided, but we’re out of several expected items.

While the details of the property are a bit run down or dated. The price was right and the room was sooo clean. Nothing like laying on a pillow and smelling the clwan of bleach.
