Nice staff nice location, carpets dirty, bed was clean, quite, affordable. Overall not bad.

The worst. Do not book your stay with hotels.com. I will not use their services again.

Burners on stove didn’t work. Had to wait 2 days to get it fixed. Had to ask for more towels often. Poor breakfast offerings.

The front desk was kind and helpful. However, the property was dirty.

Staff was helpful and polite. Floors and elevators were filthy. Carpets should have been changed years ago - disgusting. Hallways had a weird smell. Could smell smoke in the rooms even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Very little natural light in the rooms. Would not recommend unless (like us) you had no other option,

Hotel was overbooked according to multiple front desk employees. First room we were put into was in awful shape: no linens, dehumidifier in the room and still running, pile of towels with brown mystery stains… front desk moved us to another room which was appropriate, but that room wasn’t completely good either: no pillows or towels. It was at least clean

The front desk was very upbeat cheery and kind so we liked that they were so helpful. The room and service wasn’t that great. Not sure if they were understaffed or busy, but our room was mostly clean but the made wasn’t made. Smelled a little musty as well but older building. To get there is quite difficult because it’s right off the freeway. Convenient, but a lot of traffic.

we were given aroom that had not been cleaned. the people we are travelling had to go to 3 rooms before they were given a room that had been cleaned. the property need a major overhaul..

Pretty friendly

First night was ok other than the smell of smoke and something else funky (mildew?). The next morning, I went out front to smoke and was smoking where I had seen everybody else smoke. The assistant manager, Ebtisam Shkukani, came outside and got very close to my face and was screaming at me about smoking. I tried to explain to her that I was smoking in the same spot that everyone else was, and where would she like me to smoke? She proceeded to walk away so I just stopped smoking and went back to my room. On my way back into my room, she wanted to know my room number. I would not give it to her as I was in fear of what she was going to do. Later that afternoon, I went to the store and when I came back my key did not work. I buzzed to be let in the front door and the person that was working at the front desk let me in. I went up to my room and could not get into my room, either. I went back down to the front desk and the person at the front desk gave me a new key card. Around 4:00 in the morning, I received a knock on my door. It was my abusive ex boyfriend who had somehow found out what hotel I was staying in and who I have a no contact order with. This person had not only been buzzed in by the front desk, but apparently have been given my room number as there is no other way he could have found out. He continued to bang on my door, yelling and screaming and actually kicked my door in when I was on the phone with 911. He was arrested and the next morning, I was told to leave.

TV don’t have CC and internet barley work had pay extra 6$ for internet when it said it have wifi for our staying but not true barely have wifi at all!! Ada law they suppose provide full service for us when they don’t also kitchen have nothing to use had bring all my stuffs to use! When they said it’s kitchen but with what, nothing even not a coffee made!

Service dogs were apparently not accepted. I have seizers and I have 2 service dogs, I was still told I had to pay a 30$ fee for each dog. That is not refundable.

No breakfast other than a couple of instant oatmeal packets on the coffee stand that was promptly removed at whenever-the-hell-I-want o'clock. Had a kitchen without any utensils, but they were available at the main desk..but no notes pointing you in that direction. No ice machine, but there were ice trays available if you asked for them. No pots and pans to use on the stove, so really all there was for kitchen appliances was a fridge and a microwave. Had to access the parking lot by using the room key, but that never worked, you had to push the intercom button and the gate would open. Exit gate was automatic. Some guy out in the parking lot every night walking around smoking cigarettes, I am guessing he was "security". Won't stay here again.

It is easy enough to get to from freeway. But if you have a freway side room make sure your windows are closed. Lots of road noise. But with windows closed it is ok, not enough noise to notice

The bed was very comfortable. There was no extras like kleenex or a coffee maker. There was an odor in the room. Flooring in isle ways was badly stained like there was a bad water leak at some point. There was mold in the freezer.

The front end desk clerk was exceptional with a friendly professional demeanor and with assisting me with transportation issues. The room had sticky surfaces in the kitchen and lots of hair on the bathroom counter and sink. Have stayed in many extended stay America suites and this was substandard to the rest of them. Expedia site said this hotel has free airport shuttle but it does not. Even though it’s Less than 4 miles from the airport, only transportation was Lyft(taxi doesn’t p/u early morn or past mid evening). The round-trip cost equaled $75, which is outrageous. That alone will cause us to never stay at this location.

Staff was cheerful and helful. Room is clean. Servic is excellent.

Bit of wear n tear but everything worked. Like the kitchen. They were full so parking very tight. Good price for what you get.

People smoking, loitering at all hours outside, one access point, hair on ceiling/counter and sink in bathroom, noisy-room faced freeway and heating unit old and very noisy. Would not recommend, nor stay at this facility again.

The gated lot was very comforting considering the homeless camps and i was able to bring my dog. The carpet needed shampooing but the stuff the maid cleaned was fine.

The picture of property was misleading on line. This hotel housed the poor and unfortunate and the criminal element all through out the hotel. I felt very unsafe there. The breakfast served was coffee and a health bar. Had a tenant above me that stayed up all night moving his belongings around his small room for what reason i do not know. I have stayed at this place before the fortress like bars were installed 15 years ago it was pleasant untill the local government started to house criminals and homeless there but what can you expect from a liberal city. There was a no refund policy so i was out of luck.good money paid,ripped off. I should of just left when i saw the entry way painted in blood red chilling. The lady at front desk was helpful and friendly thanks Genevieve. Dont trust online reviews or pictures.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and its suppose to be non smoking room. Floors are not being swept properly, trash cans by elevators were full for 2 days and smelled very badly. Elevator trap where door opens is filthy. Bathroom smelt like piss, good thing I brought cleaning sprays, clorox wipes and frebreeze. Hallway never got vacuumed throught my 6 night stay until the day before we checked out.

No coffee machine in rm . Continental b’fest was a joke . No blow dryer. Would not stay there again

My car broke down in Shaw Island. I wasnt able to come to ur hotel A fella on Shaw Island called the hotel for me cuz Im deaf and couldnt make the call to let the hotel know that i couldnt come. Was able to cancel the reservation. we will try ur hotel agsin soon. Thank u for letting us cancel the reservation. Stay safe!! D VanValkenburg

Outside of the hotel doesn’t compare to the inside ! Pretty dirty ! Bed was stained and there was no pillows! Pretty dirty need to do a deep clean for sure ! The smell in another thing !!!!!

Carpet was completely stained with pet urine and smelled very disgusting.

The room wasn’t ready at 2:30, which was ok as we were early so we didn’t return until almost midnight to check in. Upon entering the room, the room was clearly occupied by a smoker, the entire room had been sprayed with fabreeze and the windows left open in an attempt to clear it out but it was overwhelming. Then when we pulled down the covers to get into bed to find a fresh stain on the sheets! Ugh! I went back to the front desk, and the young woman didn’t know what to do, she had no other rooms and offered us a can of fabreeze which I turned down. The fabreeze was already drenching the room. . I asked for another set of sheets but we slept in our cloths and were coughing all night from the fabreeze vapors. Even with the window open all night, it had not yet cleared by morning.
