We book this hotel for our band gigs in the area. The price is always good and the location is nice. My only question is why do I get charged an extra $5.00 fee everyime we stay there?

This hotel was under sub-par. The bathroom strongly stinked like piss, hairs in the sheets, and customer service was unapologetic about the conditions nor desired to resolve my concerns. As I checked out of my room, another guest complained about similar conditions.

It was aweful to stay here, noisy neighbors kept slamming their doors and hallwayexit doors as well as stomped everywhere they went. Do not recommend at all. Also no coffeemaker in the room just cups. Could not get any sleep all becase of the noises next door it went until 12am ehen i finally fell asleep and they were at it again at 5am like where the hell is the peace and quiet!

Nasty hotel. Read the other reviews - didn’t take them too seriously as all we wanted was a basic hotel. We don’t need any amenities. Beds were clean however the bed frame was broken and the mattress was tilted downward at the head of the bed. Bathrooms were dirty - tub was scummy. Hotel is LOUD. Walls are super thin. Spoke to the hotel receptionist a few times - they were pleasant.

Would think since red lion suites that is would be a semi nice hote. . room smelled like mildew . weight room machines or tv in there not working. coffee was cold and old. very dissappointed and drug activity in parking lot

The lobby was small and not welcoming or comfortable. Fridge out front was empty. Room’s beds were solid like sleeping in plywood. There was little walking room, no hooks for bags and little shelving for bags. No hairdryer, only 2 towels. The piping under the sink wasn’t sealed, and were wobbly and leaking water everytime the sink was on. There was a covered utility hole by the beds that had a lid taped over it. The tap was not sticky anymore because of so much hair stuck to it.

Clean rooms, no frills. We found it ideal for being very close to the hospital (I was having a procedure). The parking is excellent.

there was no coffee for us (not even in the money or room) there was no breakfast. there were not enough blankets (did get those) someone was supposed to fix our tv but never came up after several calls from us, a spanish girl came up who could barelly speak English told us she did not know how to fix it. we wont go ther again.

Have stayed at several hotels through Expedia. & genuinely love the red lion and all of they times we have stayed in one & also don’t mind paying a little more to stay in Red Lion if there’s one in the area; but this experience was not good, at all. I took photos & videos several times throughout our stay. Our room was not serviced at all the entire 4 1/2 day stay. I had asked the front desk twice on the 3rd day & was told it would be done at 4 and nobody every came. & not the next day either. We had to go buy toilet paper. We didn’t get clean towels the entire time or clean sheets. The bed frame bars were sticking out & was unmoveable, due to that, I have pictures of the blood & bruising on myself, my kids & their dad from hitting our shin/ankle/feet on the bars repeatedly. The first room they put us in was over twice the size & none of the keys to the room were working, so we got switched to a room at the beginning of the hall. I don’t like to complain & typically would just let it go, but I expected so much more for myself & my kids during an already stressful time.

Our stay was generally good and the staff was courteous. A male staff member came into my daughters room unannounced one morning and really frightened the 2 of them. They were left a disturbed by the incident.

Since they are remodeling room was incomplete. Sticky floors, coffee pot but no coffee, bottled water, cream, sugar or stirrers and l lock didn't work. Some areas in room were just dirty?

One of the reasons we stayed here was the included breakfast. upon check in we asked about breakfast and only then were we informed breakfast was not being served at all and hadn't been for awhile. we were very disappointed

Would not stay with them again Told them the tub was backed up with no actual action taken, maid never came through and we had a new born with us, on top of not getting any fresh towels unfortunately the list can keep going 😑 😒

Staff was friendly. Shower dirty, all furniture was old chips broken, no free breakfast, no coffee in room, no coffee in lobby. One coffee container on second floor on a side table with only four paper cups, no sugar or creamer. No restaurant nearby.

There was a smell, when I entered the hotel from check in desk through getting to my room. Room appears to be clean but it still have a distinctive odor. When I woke up at 6pm, there were mosquito like flies in the bathroom sink. I don't know where they came from. I did not bring any food with me just 2 cups of water.

Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Mirror was broken and corner hidden behind tissues almost causing cut. Stains on window blinds and goo on wall. Bathroom not very clean. No breakfast at all even though it was advertised in booking and official website. Coffee service at end of hall was dirty and appeared empty for some time. (2nd day they did clean the coffee carafe and put out fresh coffee/cups) Bed was comfortable and appeared clean. No bed bugs or signs of them seen in room. Location was easy to get to and right off main roads.

Really noisy because of the thin walls and the laundry room that is super noisy. Overall it is a decent hotel to stay a night if you are traveling through the Everett area.

We waited for 20 minutes to check in. The front desk clerk was also cleaning rooms. Pressed button on desk and callled phone number. Room smelled like meth, and the bathroom like cigarette smoke. Main floor was sticky, holes in wall. Not the best experience. Window only opened 4” so we could not air out.

Won’t stay again. Room was very dirty and poorly maintained. Towels were covered in hair, and some stained. Next time will pay a little extra to stay somewhere else. Avoid.

This place is in serious need of an upgrade. The photos online are not real. When we first arrived, there were several sketchy people walking down the hallway. It looks like this hotel caters to those needing a cheap place to live. So, right away, I felt unsafe. There were smells of cooking and lots of people talking behind the doors. We almost left, but we arrived so late, we saw it through. We were brought in by the low fee, and that couple with the passable pictures thought it would be ok. We were not murdered in our sleep, so I gave the place another star.

They don’t have hair dryer while on Expedia they says they have hair dryer. The staff refused to give us hairdryer with no reasons. We booked two rooms, both had no hairdryer. The service and the room are both terrible.

I chose this location because the website says "FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET. " In the morning went downstairs and was told "We don't do breakfast." No hair dryer in the bathroom. Network was horrible, no TV available to watch. Never again will I use Red Lion.

the pictures in the listing are really deceiving and inaccurate as to what the property really looks like. property is old, rundown, and our tub was dirty and grimey. avoid this property if you can bc you will be disappointed.

Bathtub was like slip and slide. Tub drained slowly, soapy water built up . Shower in an slip and slide. No bath mats. OLD BUILDING, NO BREAKFAST.HAND RAIL OUTSIDE OF TUB.. ROOM WAS CLEAN, TOWELS SHOWED UP LATE. COFFEE IN THERMOS BY ELEVATOR

This hotel is very run down, dirty and unwelcoming. We stayed in room 116 and the bathtub and floor was disgusting. The toilet seat was broken. The desk agent either did not speak English or at least pretended to not understand our questions and concerns. I recommend not staying here if at all possible.
