Room was dirtier than expected. No conditioner in bathroom. One remote only worked for the televisions. The floor was rather loud & overall the hallways were dirty and littered with random trash that staff has walked past multiple times and avoided. Breakfast was mediocre. They charged me twice, once through hotels.com and then the new lady at the hotel charged my card again. So now
I’m waiting on a refund. Pool/hot tub was closed when we when to use in AM and was closed until checkout time. It was a stay I would rather have not had to be stuck with. It was like a 3/10.

Wasn't even acknowledged when I arrived because they were having problems with their computers. A hi would have been nice

Room was dirty and smelled like smoke, the bathroom wall had a nasty stain that looked fresh, there were candy wrappers stashed by the bed and the fire alarm was covered with a sock for whatever reason, the heater/ac was broken and there was a huge crack on the bathroom ceiling

Took the family for an overnight stay to get out of the house and enjoy the pool. The pool area could be cleaner…trash overflowing and hair in the corners of the hot tub area from one day to the next….so clearly not cleaned overnight. Hot tub not very hot either . Room was fine no complaints

The room we were in needs some small maintenance like the sink squirts out sideways, and there is hardly any light over the sink (outside the toilet/shower stall) but everything else seemed to work fine. Nice to have a closing door and not a barn door at the toilet area for privacy. Stayed during a cheer conference and there were girls literally screaming outside our room and running up and down the hall upstairs from us, but they stopped after about 10pm so we were able to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. It was neat. It was welcoming, and it felt spacious.

Checking in only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel ( was told unapologetically that other had flat tire) . Then when we explained the refrigerator was not very cold i was told “ I’m here alone, what do you want Me to do about it?” In a fairly rude tone. I understand possibly not having staff in hand but a “ I’ll look into it” or “ can it wait until morning?” Anything like that would have been appreciated- after none of that said or offered staff then said “ well what? Do you want to switch rooms?” I’m mobility impaired, traveling with kids and we had just lugged everything up to the 4th floor with No cart that would have been a Huge Inconvenience….. it wasn’t even so much about the refrigerator at that point but more about the Tone of the entire interaction…… extremely disappointing. We later went to the pool which had no towels and hot tub level was very low ( tgat was rectified before we left , refrigerator was never addressed) we understand it’s a busy travel weekend & we are not unreasonable but the attitude really made an impact to the point we wouldn’t recommend staying here .

Very overpriced. Have stayed at other Spring hill Suites . Very small , No Clock? Once again in the middle of a indust. park Just way too much money for this place

Great hotel. Breakfast options were great! The only issue we had is there were 6 of us in the room and they only gave us 2 towels each day and we constantly had to ask for towels.

We were traveling with my parents in their 80s. Mom recently had knee surgery and they originally gave her a regular room but when we requested an accessible room, they quickly found one for them. Great customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and decent. Jacuzzi wasn't working, pool is small but nice and clean. Bar was nice in the evening for alcohol beverages.

The room doors are very heavy and slam shut. Seems like a safety hazard. Otherwise a comfortable stay

The staff from the top down are professionals. Even with multiple teen ball teams and their families staying on site, the hotel funtioned like a well oiled machine.

I booked this hotel because it was about half hours drive from Newport for the Jazz Festival. It was close to conveniences like a fast food place (I arrived late for checkin so this was a great find.) There was also a gas station very near by and I was able to refill and hit the road quickly to arrive in Newport.
The staff was kind and professional. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast began at 6 am, which was early enough for me to eat before check out as I had to leave early morning. I had a great stay!

Property was kept clean in public areas. We did not get cleaning service daily. Had to request clean towels a couple times before they arrived. Ran out of shampoo and body wash and had to eventually go down to front desk to collect. Most times items for breakfast ran out 20 minutes before the end time. If you wanted to get the full breakfast you need to go within the first hour. Front desk staff were always missing at night if you needed anything. Stayed 6 days with my family of 5

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The Expedia website said they had a 24 hr shuttle to airport. We fortunately found out ahead of time they did not have a 24 hour shuttle and were able to extend our rental car an extra day. Misleading description of amenities.

After getting permission from Expedia to change the dates for my reservation, the manager at Springhill Suites, Warwick told me that was not possible. He charged me for the extra night and will not respond in any way to my emails. A reply would be appropriate.

The hot tub it’s nasty and pool is not clean

The handicap room given to us after we asked for it because my wife has had three major surgeries and needs grab bars to shower.
Was poorly designed the TV was attached to dresser and to view it I had to turn the dresser and TV to watch it while in bed.
If my wife was in a wheelchair she would not be able to move chair.

Old ac unit with nob from 1980’s, few times at night we have to manually turn on to keep room cold , ac unit only works on high setting no auto .phone don’t work , complain but don’t care

When I arrived, they informed me that they had overbooked the property and they did not have a room for me. There was no communication about this before I arrived. They said the property across the street (Comfort Suites) had vacancy, but they only had king beds available and we were a party of 5. Ended up paying double the price at a downtown hotel. I knew better than to use a Third-Party booking, but I have definitely learned my lesson.

The room we stayed is under terrible condition. The bathtub was congested. Air conditioner had terrible noise. Beside, the breakfast was not that good though it was free.
