There was no hot water and terrible water pressure. Our smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. And elevator was dirty and our blankets looked dingy. And no breakfast.

It was a little chilly in my room, however it did not bother me enough to ask the front desk about it. I picked Couryard Marriott because I like to have my morning coffee on the balcony. Also I’ve stayed at Courtyard Marriott’s elsewhere & loved it.

I booked a room with them and I was in a position had to change rooms due to cleanliness. The room they put me in it was mold everywhere and the room smelled horrible the room smelled like an ash tray and clearly I booked a non smoking room and the sheets and bed spread was filthy, oven not working and also intercom not functioning so every time have to come down. Because of the time i was too tired to not entertain and book another room. The manager at that time said they were going to give me a refund. I told the clerk and she told me the housekeeping crew was gone so they gave me a new mate and sheets. This process took two hours to settle down. This was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. During checkout time they told me that in order to get a refund I had to go through Expedia and Expedia has to call them in order to get my refund(Giving me a round around).The entire stay was horrible. If i could give them a zero I would.

Rob in the bistro was amazing. He makes this place great. Customer Service was good. My room however-The first one smelled funky and was dirty. The second had a strong perfume smell and a little dingy with stains everywhere. The people above us were loud for hours. We ended up calling and asking if the front desk would say something in which they handled it.

Staff is always a plus. Staff was very courteous and kind. Gym, pool, bistro, lobby, everything, everywhere was spotless. The beds were comfortable, amazing! Glad we chose our stay here...

We came to check in for a one night stay that we had paid for in advance. The hotel clerk said there were no available rooms. They ended up trying to call a manager that they said would not answer. We had to find another hotel at 11pm and luckily I got my money back from hotels.com… I had 4 people in my party and we sat there for an hour and a half until the next shift came in to try and figure out the problem. We left without an answer and nobody reached out to me after the incident to make sure I was refunded. Good thing I booked through hotels.com

Do not book here if you plan on arriving after 4pm check in!!! Booked a one night stay, I called them around 2pm to let them know we would be arriving later in the evening… called again around 10pm to make sure our room was ready and they tell me they overbooked and gave our room away. It somehow never occurred to them to call the guests they couldn’t accommodate to let them know to find other accommodations… Don’t even waste your time here! You’re better off at the Residence Inn down the street :)

Got in the room the bed was filthy, hairs under the mattress and on the sheets, there was a white film all over the head board we had to scrub off ourselves. Called the from desk and no one answered for sometime, no housekeepers on duty, no supervisors on duty just the desk clerk at 9pm on a busy Saturday night. I never complain but this is the most disgusting worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Location is good off 95 but the cleanliness was subpar. Our first room was not cleaned and we had to be moved. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic. Another minus is that there is no complimentary breakfast. If we stay in that area in the future I might try the Hilton across the street

Outside of building is updated and lobby, but nothing else. Rooms need major updates. Hallway smelled like cleaner and staff was not very friendly. Spend the extra $20 a night to stay at the hilton across the wekk.

My stay…didn’t happen because they overbooked and gave my room to someone else. I called 6 hours before arrival to say it wouldn’t let me virtually check in. They said the room would still be there. When I arrived with 3 kids at 11:15 pm…there was no room. Then I was told they had a room but the lock needed fixing. Waited an hour to the. He told it only had one bed for five of us! This place was a disaster!!!!

Hotel is undergoing renovations, which is desperately needs. Rooms are outdated and feel a bit dirty. Carpets are stained and need replacing, showers are cramped, and basically all features of room are old and dingy.

The overall appearance of the property is clean and new. However, the room furnishings are heavily worn and need updating. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, that was a plus but there was only decaf coffee in the room and no complimentary coffee in the lobby only a Starbucks that you had to pay for. I think at Courtyard by Marriott prices complimentary coffee should be given.

Fantastic. We stayed just for one night but the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. Great walking distance to a few restaurants. No free breakfast however very reasonable prices.

The property was fine. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful. No quick fixes for the problems. The property is dated and the rooms have a slight musty odor to them. Plenty of places very close for food light shopping and gas. Also a minute off I95 so good enough for a night's rest on a long drive.

Got a confirmed hotel reservation on Hotels.com, but upon arrival to check in was told hotel 100% booked and my family had no room. So we weren’t able to stay and had to find other less desirable accommodations. Terrible experience.
