Room next to the gym, did not service room during stay, hotel is currently under renovation and work began at 7:45 on last day there. Banging and hammering. They said work would begin at 9am.

The room was very nice. The halls, stairs, and elevator need some TLC. There is renovation going on and we hope those areas get addressed. This has been our “go to” hotel for years when we visit the cities.

I was suprised that the rooms were not well maintained. They were clean, but generally very worn out. The bed was very uncomfortable, and it was noisy all night.

I would stay here again I believed I was getting it for a cheaper rate so that was a disappointment and a couple next to me is extremely loud and annoying but other than that my trip is going good

After checking in - discovered we were assigned wrong room - reserved Executive King - but we were assigned a handicap room. Clerk was very apologetic in the error. Luckily, reservations were low so able to get into the room we reserved. Had it been a busy night we would have been left to stay in a room we didn’t reserve. But then arriving to the newly assigned room, we discovered the door wouldn’t lock - we just walked right in! They were quick at fixing the door the next day - a little leery leaving our things in an unlocked room. Breakfast choices were strange - two chaffing dishes for serving hot items each morning but only eggs were offered - the second dish served only water. Toppings for oatmeal were plentiful but located at the farthest end of the counter from where the oatmeal was provided. Only gluten free bread choices - sliced white bread and English muffin. Kind of a hodge podge of items that cohesively didn’t make sense. Coffee was out - every morning we stayed. Had to ask to make a new pot - which they did - but staff should have more on top of checking items that needed to be replenished. Guess that’s what you get for ‘free’ breakfast. Probably stay elsewhere next time.

The staff - from the receptionists to the cleaners - were friendly and helpful. I had a package ordered to the hotel, and one of the staff came and found me when it arrived. The facilities are in good condition. Rooms are clean and stocked with the standard items you’d find in a hotel room. I really appreciated the convenience of the shampoo and body wash dispensers.

Rather disappointed with your breakfast items. We chose to pass it up and get food outside of your establishment. Previous ratings help us select your hotel but would select elsewhere in the future. Price is fair, easy to get to but have stayed in nicer hotels and expected more niceness.

I’m very dissatisfied with the housekeeping situation at this hotel. I don’t appreciate paying $200 a nite only to be my own housekeeping. Making my own beds, changing out towels and emptying trash cans. I can do all of that at home for free. CoVid is over! Hire staff members and remember what customer service is all about.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Water tank would not fill. The breakfast was pre-prep plastic packaged. Fairfield by Marriot used to be a great place to stay, but the higher price of the motel did not match the overall quality expected. The pool was also closed due to maintenance.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. You need to shower at "off peak" times if you want hot water though. Rooms were comfortable.

It was close to where I needed to be. The front desk staff was very nice. They put me in the handicap room which had an unusual odor or funk in it. There wasn’t any shower soap, conditioner or body wash. We got to experience the ole fire alarm in the hotel trick, thankfully it wasn’t in the middle of the night, based on overheard conversations with fire department, this opens occasionally.

Nice hotel, but misleading information. The pool has been shutdown for at least 4 months and there is no mention of this until you check in, including on the hotels listing. Since the hotel technically has a pool area it is still listed when you limit the search for hotels with pools. The staff was friendly but so few and you could tell they worked long shifts, so not professional in checking on their guests. More of an attitude of I’m at work and doing my job and just getting through the day. Limited breakfast. I was told the prepackaged items were small portions but also tasty by the person staying with me. The hotel could use updated caulk and minor repairs before it gets bad. It’s dated but more of a planned look and in need of an update from normal use. Comfortable rooms and beds.
