Perfect hotel for an overnight getaway. Stayed here after a concert in Minneapolis. The room was perfect for the two of us. Very clean. The furnishings were well designed with a modern feel. No extras that you never use anyway. Breakfast was very food.

The room was clean and ready for our stay. Breakfast is ok, but limited options. Did like hot water dispenser for tea. Staff friendly. Only ice machine for property was out of order. Issue was loud neighbors and late night door slamming and loud people in hallways. The hotel isn't very well soundproofed, despite what IHG touts about this avid property design.

My flight got in about midnight. My son picked me up & since it is a nearly 3 hour drive to his house, we spent the night. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. We were only there about 8 hours and then left for his house. Under the same circumstances, I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was updated and clean. Customer service was sparse, we didn't need/want anything so it wasn’t an issue. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again… the price was right.

Great hotel, not thrilled about not getting my deposit back, came for an overnight stay, was hardly in the hotel room, left it in great condition as was when I checked in and I never received my deposit back

We arrived around 2 AM and were greeted by a friendly receptionist, hot coffee and tea. What else could we ask for?

I did not like the window coverings. They were screens and not curtain so room did not grt dark for sleeping due to the parking lot lights

Love it overall. The only complaint I have would be that the lights in the room are extremely bright. But great location, the service desk is very responsive. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds are not great, they need to update them. It was really clean. The coffee is really good, especially for a hotel. My biggest complaint is I choice to pay for my stay at the hotel but they charged the card I had to hold the hotel before I even checked in. Because it was a debit card they also held extra money on it. I was planning on using a credit card to pay for it, so that was frustrating!

Very cute newer hotel. Even the hallways smelled good! The beds were very comfy, and the room was super clean. Ben, the general manager at check-in, was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again! It was very affordable too.

I waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes to check in nobody was at the front desk. I asked a couple that was sitting in the lobby have they seen anyone and to no surprise they stated he has been gone for quite sometimes. The thing is he has his girlfriend on the job with him so he cant stay focused on the task at hand. I an very disappointed and this is not the first time this guy have done this i dont see how he is still employed for over a year a year of crappy services and he was under the influence of some drugs

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in for awhile! Everything was pristine, well designed and just enough. We did have a dog next door that wouldn’t stop barking every time the owners left (I add this because I feel like dog owners should be aware that happens a lot). Obviously that’s not bad on the hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great out of the way spot when visiting the university of Minnesota.

Have stayed here several times and it’s always great with no issues. Stayed on a Saturday night and was quiet. Very clean, no carpet is/feels healthier. “Normal” bathroom door (no pocket door, sometimes I get this hotel confused with another chain). Efficient and friendly front desk staff. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed! I also like the soap in the pump form (did not use shampoo or conditioner since my hair is picky).

Great hotel! Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Perfect room, if you're not spending a lot of time in it, which we weren't. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Great coffee/tea and breakfast options! Only drawback is that there is no carpet to absorb sound from the room above you. Overall a great place.
