Not worth the price per night. In a nice area but it’s worn out, not kept up like you’d expect from a Hilton. Dark and dreary, broken furniture, broken, dirty shower. Elevator smelled like wet dog all weekend. The room temperature would t go below 74° it was so hot and stuffy it was hard to sleep

The Hotel was great with the exception of people smoking marijuana and i have lung issues. Staff was pleasant breakfast was great .

The man at the front desk was very rude when I checked in. Also, there was a period of time when I was without water in my suite.

I thought this place was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged for parking and no one even asked if I had a car on the property.

Staff was great and very friendly. The place was as clean as possible given the fact that the building needs some serious renovation. The only reason I used serious renovation because what I've seen doesn't live up to the Homewood Suits I'm used to and I've stayed in lots of them all over the country.

The hotel was convenient to BWI within minutes since we had an early flight. Staffing was helpful. particularly point out Ron the shuttle driver gave professional, friendly, joyous service. His recommendations for eating was on spot. He certainly knows the meaning of customer service. The suite design was very comfortable.

Check in. Then when I go to the room and open the door, there’s a guy sitting on the couch in his underwear watching football. The room was OCCUPIED!!!!

Purchased the room through Hotels.com. Prepaid for my room for $520 for a three night stay. I have done this many times and it has always been worth it. At check in they took credit card for incidentals which is normal and expected. At checkout the front desk attendant asked for our room number and said you are all set. A few days later i have a charge from the hotel for $468. I contact the hotel and they tell me they never charged me. I send them screen shots of my account and they tell me they can't help me. They just don't care.
The hotel itself is absolutely fine. Breakfast was good. The room was exactly as described and worked for my family.
This would have been the place we stayed for all of our trips to Baltimore but not anymore. Ridiculous.

This hotel is rundown. The blackout shades were missing or broken. The shower spigot was broken and the tub drained very slowly. The pool was closed. The bathroom door didn’t lock and scraped the floor loudly. Many of the lamps and outlets didn’t work. The vanity wall was filthy from decades of splatter. The desk chair should be thrown out. The couches and chair in the living area were stained. The room hvac unit was loud.
The pullout couch was un-usable.
The staff were super friendly.

Had a number of minor inconveniences which should have been resolved quickly e.g. toilet would not flush, faucet in tub leaked during our entire stay. But overall I enjoyed my stay and particularly the staff. Specifically, the lady who managed the breakfast eating area was super fantastic!

Stayed 2 nights. Staff was pleasant. Liked that the bedroom was separate from kitchen/living room. It was nice that pots/plates/silverware/glasses were provided & being able to cook a few things to bring to a bbq.
Thought hallways weren't very well lit. Heard pool was closed but it was also closed last year when my family had stayed - had it been open at all thru the year?
I would recommend this property & would stay again.

Hotel is pretty big and a bit dated. The eating area is nice and spacious. The hallways are dark ...needs better lighting. Rooms are nice - unfortunately, the pool was closed and we didn't know until we arrived onsite. The staff are nice - offered to shuttle us around if we needed.

The "suite" is really not a suite. It's a room with a pull out couch. The couch was a little shabby. The walls are very. thin.
The hotel was very clean. The courtyard was very cute. Love that this hotel is pet friendly.

Room needed a day of repairs. Shower head goose neck pointing to wall, shower handle came off in our hands, grab bar loose, one side of towel rack pushed through drywall, A/C service panel had fallen off and was leaning against TV stand.
Rooms made up daily which is nice. Breakfast was good with friendly staff.

Staff at check in was awesome. Shuttles were great. However, I left a wake up call request and never received it.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy and despite complaints nobody bothered to fix it in 5 days of our stay.
The breakfast was very basic. I think our stay at the property was not at all worth the money we paid.

I was charged an additional $50 fee for “incrementals.” That wasn’t made clear at time of reservation.

The staff were friendly. The pool was closed which is why we stayed here. The window ac units had cardboard duck taped over the opening. The duct tape was not sufficient.

I was very happy that I did not have to get 2 rooms. My family of 5 was able to stay together in a suite with a kitchen king size bed and full bathroom, other room was 2 double beds and a full bathroom and the sitting area had a pullout sofa bed, for an excellent price. We were able to pay for our vehicle to stay long-term while we went on vacation. Free shuttle in the morning, which got us to our flight on time.

Overall the things that mattered were there - the room was clean, the shower was hot, and it wasn't noisy. Breakfast was hot. However the hotel, overall, needs some attention. The waterline to our inroom fridge was leaking on to the floor under the fridge, and even tho mentioned it to the front desk twice it was not addressed, the pool was closed until August for "scheduled upgrades" (tho when I booked a couple months ago there was no mention on the website about this). I'd stay here again as long as I wasn't planning to have a pool.

Air condition not working. Blinds don't work. Mold on window frames. Stair carpet in the lobby very dirty. Coaches in the lobby were dirty and stained. Upon arrival front end staff having personal conversations instead of attending customers. Routine room cleaning was good. Break fast was good.

Positive - Front desk staff was nice.
Negative - The front desk area looks nicer than anywhere else in the hotel. The bed in our room wasn’t stable. If I sat too close to the edge of the bed the bed would start folding in the middle. The sofa bed mattress was old and dirty. The shower curtain was rippled and wrinkled as if it had never been change. The housekeepers come banging and busting through the door at 9am so if you’re on vacation and want to sleep in make sure you put the door hanger on the door. I’ve stayed at a few Homewood’s over the years, this by far was the worst one. We will not be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to our destinations for a meeting and an Orioles game.

The Property is well connected to the Inner harbor and location is good.
The staff and services are good.
The rooms look bit old and need some upgrade. No exhaust fan in restroom and water drains slow in the tub. the tv channel selections should have more choice for kids.
