When we arrived the check in process was good, but upon arrival to the room the room itself was clean, but the headboards had handprint on them. The beds are stiff as a board and the pillows are flat. In the morning when we packing to leave. We asked for a vacuum cleaner. It took over an hour for one and we had to track down a housekeeper and finally gor one.

Overall the stay was nice and most of the employees were very friendly. However, there were several issues with housekeeping related issues. After we called the third time and was being told they only have an exact amount of comforters and couldn’t bring a different one, we decided to give up and go to bed.

Although I prepaid for my room, Doubletree gave away my room and sent me on my way. When I arrived at 9:30pm, they stated they overbooked and there were no rooms available. With a prepaid room, I expect my room to be there when I arrive at a normal hour. Very disappointed.

The room was nice and the hotel is located adjacent to restaurants and outlet shopping. PLUS the check-in cookies were delicious!

Positive: It’s easily accessible and conveniently located. Negatives: The room did not have adequate towels and washcloths; no lotion . The sheets were old; the top sheet was uncomfortably placed. The carpet was dirty. The lobby coffee service was out of order. In general, the property needs to be refurbished.

This is not your typical Double Tree. The TV did not work, the hot tub was out of order and looked gross like its been sitting stagnant for a while, hair all over the bathroom. The worst thing was i wanted to move my stay a day later as my job got moved. they refused to refund me. i had to pay for 2 nights for a one night stay!

It was a very good value for the amount I paid. Hotel desk clerk, a young woman was very accommodating and nice. I was charged $ 4.00 for an extremely small container of milk which I would have paid about $ 1.00 for in a grocery store. One day later that STILL upsets me.
