Love that rhe plqce is quiet very reasonably priced and rooms pretty clean, but asked for light abouve sink in bathroom to have bulbs replqced because they were burned out and never gotten taken care of.

I was there with my daughter. We have stayed at many beautiful hotels, this was great. Well located, beautiful breakfast, and a short ride to our favorite restaurant. Perfect! Thank you see you in spring!

The staff was good. No issues. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We've stayed here many times. Nice location as there is food and shopping right across the street and 10 minutes from a lot more ahopping and dining. No complaints with this hotel.

Some members need a major attitude adjustment and need retraining. The lady in charge of the dining area was very rough around the edges! In addition, she needs to NOT clean the tables and then touch the food and plates. The young man behind the main desk at night was clueless and disrespectful. He was slumped over in his chair with his phone in his hands and didn’t even look at us when we walked in!

They couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived and found out an employee had accidentally checked me in hours before. I thought this to be very odd. The floor of the elevator needs the floor replaced and elevator on inside needs better cleaning. The wallpaper by the toilet in room needs replacing. Looks like someone spilt hot coffee and they couldn’t get it out. There was a big stain.

We booked this hotel often (twice in the last two weeks) when my husband works in the area. The hotel is always clean and staff is always pleasant. Clean pool and workout area. Nice breakfast.

Front desk not friendly. Didn’t smile at all made it seem like it was an inconvenience to check in. Really wanted to use pool but I guess there was an accident so it was closed? I get that but stated I was unhappy with that and she didn’t say a word. Wow not my favor place to stay.

The general manager chris at the pleasant prairie location was extremely rude, condescending, called me a liar 3 times, he told you lied you told me you stayed here two months ago and i checked the computer and you did not stay here as if that matters because he refused to take care the non working refrigerator for 3 days! he told me it was ice cold and i told him it's warm come and feel for yourself and he refused! I had just booked an extra night and immediately told him to cancel after he refused to see for himself that he was wrong! The refrigerator was very warm. He accused me of lying about staying there two months prior explaining that i didn't havethese problems then For some reason he checked the computer to see if i was telling the truth. I told him my cousin booked the room for me last time and he said we'll you didn't tell me that! Uhhmmm... i didn't know i needed to tell him who booked it. UNBELIEVABLE THIS GUY SHOULDBE FIRED YESTERDAY. I told him i had bought resraurant food worth $75 the night before and it was spoiling. He again called me a liar and said your food is not spoiling! I said really??? Steak... shrimp... chicken wings... he just looked at me then told me fine ill refund you one nights stay and i want you out of here in 15 minutes.I did not pay nearly 200 per night to be treated like a prison inmate with no rights to some dignity and courteous treatment. I paid 200 per night and got treatedlike dog doo on his shoe i can be treated like shitforfree

When I requested front desk staff told me I did not “qualify” to get my room cleaned as I stayed only 2 nights. I sure would have liked to walk into a clean room on my second day. I was staying with 3 others so it was a bit messy after day 1. On second day the shower clogged.

Everything was great: friendly staff, very clean, excellent shower, comfy bed, decent breakfast. The only issue being that when making the reservation I asked for an air mattress or cot. Nobody explained that they are no longer allowed due to fire code, so it was a bit inconvenient to have a room acceptable for three to only have sleeping spots (other than floor) for two. The clerk explained it was because they don’t get the requests from hotels.com, but I’m not certain that’s true.

Went to the Bristol Renaissance Festival and this hotel was great. It only took 5 minutes to get the festival and back. Plus, the hotel gave us ideas on where to visit. Had the greatest stay!!!

The pool was broken, breakfast waffle makers broken and quality of breakfast food was worst I’ve ever had at any hotel. The electricity in the room was limited to having the main light switch on. You could not charge anything or use the electricity without the main switch. Bathroom towels and amenities were limited and poor quality.

This was perfect for an overnight stay in the Kenosha area. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and explained everything clearly, Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The only (minor) fault we agreed on was the breakfast offerings were very bland although the coffee was good. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I was there for a near by Triathlon. The receptionist realized there were several guests up early and made coffee. It was about 4am. Really appreciate it. Most times we miss out on coffee at these stays.
