We are travelling as 2 moms and 3 16 year old girls. The first room we got was really strongly spelling like pee, it was a pet room because it’s on first floor for a rollaway, then she moved us to another room quickly at least BUT there was trimmed hair on the sink counter, a ring stain around the toilet bowl, stain in the tub, the water temp did not adjust to cold. We made the best of it on our travels

Booked a room for one night off Hotel.com and paid. Then got to the Hotel itself and they charged twice for the room the day of and the day after. Took 120 more than what we paid on Hotel. Com so we barely had any money for food or activity for our kids because they took it and didn’t refund it back on card right away. Still waiting for the refund

The hotel was FILTHY! The carpet in the rooms are black, stained and smell horrible. The sheets and pillows smelled like sweaty men, like they haven’t been changed in months. Beds are uncomfortable, very spring like mattress and sunken in the middle. The bathroom has hair, mold and smelled bad.

I had my 91 year old mother with me who fell and broke her hip recently. They had no accommodations for a room on the first floor and no elevator to go to the second floor but suggested a first floor room and have her sleep in a recliner.

The hotel was very old and poorly maintained. Cost was high for the condition of the property. Wifi doesn’t work for iPhones.

The bathroom in the I was initially assigned to had not been cleaned. Looked at 3 more rooms, with staff, that had been cleaned (beds not made, trash not emptied, dirty bathroom). The 5th room had clean linen and clean bathroom but, as staff noted, the floors had been cleaned. I accepted the room only because it was passable and it was late in the evening. Note: No apology from staff nor recognition of inconvenience. Next morning when I turned on the hairdryer, it smoked and sparked! Total fire hazard! Needless to say, I was extremely dissatisfied and left with wet hair. Only good thing was that when spoke with the manager upon my departure, he did apologize and gave me a full refund. I recommend no one stay at this hotel.

Check in was super slow!!! We couldnt get towels, had to go buy some! Breakfast options were horrible! You need a source of protein! Staff didnt care when problems were reported!! And we had many rooms!!!

The hotel needs updating. Staff were friendly but the mattresses were awful. The furniture was dated. The molding in the bathroom was attached to the wall with a lot of caulk. Also, popcorn ceilings.

Housekeeping was not good. There was a used coffee cup left in the room, paper supplies had not been replaced. Floor was muddy. Not even sure if the bed linen had been changed.

The room was cozy and warm. The beds were great and the location was perfect for me. The shower was nice and hot, the fridge was cold and the microwave was nice to have.

Don’t recommend. Checkin took forever. The bathroom sink was clogged. Everything was old. The outside door lock near my room didn’t work. Tv was too small. An outlet didn’t work. Would never go back.
