Our stay was for only one night. I should have checked, in more detail, of what they did or did not offer. We were looking for " pet friendly " and this facility was definitely all of that. Livaway suites are geared for long term or multiple day stays. We are used to a coffee maker, and several toiletries in the bathroom. We had two plastic cups, a bar of soap, and a little bottle of shampoo. Considering we paid over $200 plus the $10 pet fee, it would have been nice to have a few extras. We did have a nice sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a hot plate type surface to cook on. However, we weren't planning on staying but a night. Again, I should have looked into what they did and did not offer for the price. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfy.

The LivAway Suites in Missoula worked for our overnight stay. It was conveniently located right off Reserve St. Overall, the property was clean: outside, lobby, rooms. The guest rooms were adequate for an overnight stay, but there wasn't really much of a seating area if you're using it for long term stays (only one chair). I would also ask for a blanket if I were staying longer. The bed linens were pretty sparse. The check in process was not smooth. I booked using Expedia and had prepaid, but then it didn't allow me to use the online check in from the hotel. The front desk agent who helped us must have been training and he had some questions on the process. Again, no big deal. However, when he gave us our room keys, he announced the room number to us. Had I been traveling alone or with my daughters, I would have asked for another room. Please DO NOT announce anyone's room number out loud! I was traveling with my husband, so I let it slide, but this is a huge safety concern.

Live away Suites is promoted as an extended stay hotel. The rate was very good for a Saturday night in Missoula. Our unit had a kitchenette with two burner cook top, fridge, and dishwasher but no kitchen supplies. I think you must have to provide your own or purchase or rent from the property. I was disappointed that the unit did not contain a coffee pot, microwave, or hot water kettle. This seems odd and I feel like shorter term guests are being short-changed. Is this something I could have requested? Would I have had to pay an additional fee? Would appreciate a response and thought process behind not providing basic amenities. Thanks.
