Been to different hotels so far this is the worst hotel we’ve been through, old, dark and dirty. Hallway lights were out.

When i was booking this, the hotels.com app wouldn't let me book it, it took several attempts. The hotel was nice, they only give you 3 pillows on a queen size bed. The breakfast wasn't much, oatmeal, cereal or waffles. Not much else. I do recommend changing the room around, the desk is in front of the bed, makes it difficult to get by when someone is sitting there. Move the TV to where the desk is now.

Front desk person was nice. Tv remote didn’t work. Lamp didn’t work. Sheets were torn. People running up and down hallways. Hanging out outside entry doors. Very sketchy.

Very nice suite, met our needs. Nearby construction area was unsightly. Hotel was not easily visible from the main nearby road.

Property was nice. However the WiFi connection wasn’t available on the third floor at all and on the first floor after changing rooms was still only 1 bar, very weak. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is light, but free breakfast is free breakfast.

Originally we were trying to get a room as a walk in as we saw on their sign there was a special price for that. However the front desk person claimed there was no rooms and they were sold out. Booked on Expedia instead, as there were still rooms available. We just needed a place to stay for one night and this one was the cheapest option (Still $220 CAD though). When we came back to check in it took the front desk person 15 minutes to get to the desk and the phone number they have on the sign is just rings the desk. Our room upon entering Smelled of urine. There was a wet spot by the door (must have been a pet friendly room). Was told by the Front desk person that there is nothing they can do as they were super busy and haven't even had time to change the status of rooms to Clean yet. Overall disappointed will never stay there again, after being forced to book a different way and to have to sleep in a urine smelling room.

Nothing, it was a dive to say the least. The front desk help was always out for a smoke. They have no roll aways. The wifi was very spotty. The hotel in general needs to be updated. There was no new towels the third night i was there. If it wasnt for the location, im pretty sure this place would be closed down

Homeless people walking around and having fits on the property was unsafe in late evening and early morning hours of our stay. I was unimpressed by this and as well as the dirty carpets and the fact that the tub was not draining properly to the point of not being able to shower without being grossed out. Keep in mind that we paid over $120 for one night, double what it was worth and left feeling we were ripped off. You can do better!

The room was in not very good shape, the bathroom door knob about to fall off, the beds hard and the bed coverings very well used and rough shape. It was fairly clean, just a bit beat up.

Our keycard stopped working after one day of our 2 day trip, and they couldn’t get it to work no matter how many times they tried. The front desk person was super helpful, but they couldn’t fix the problem. Even though the desk clerk contacted the manager, the manager never reached out to us to apologize, offer a discount, nothing. They left the poor desk clerk to let us into our room every time we needed to leave and come back, which was 6 or 7 times. The behavior of the manager has lost Fairview 2 customers forever. We will never go back and we will tell everyone we know never to stay there

This is very low quality property. I would expect to pay less than $100 a night but it was $200! Dirty carpet in the hallways. Broken bathroom door. Broken bathroom tiles. Gym floor was dirty and I didn't even want to go in there. Beds were fine. Won't stay there again. Good BBQ place next door, though!

Extremely overpriced for what you get - which was a not very clean room, the door of which was open when we got to it. Tried for a long time to get the TV to work only to discover that the batteries were in wrong in the remote. The stairwell and hallways were dirty. The pillows on the bed were small and uncomfortable. The refrigerator froze ALL of our food. The side outside door did not lock and so zero security

I came in late but the front desk attendant was super friendly and he was very accommodating. The property isn’t super fancy but it’s sufficient for sleep and its clean enough for the evening. This is definitely a get what you paid for situation but honestly for the price it’s worth it.
