I stayed Sonesta group facilities a couple of times and I felt that the front desk persons were not so friendly and welcoming. So was this time. I think Sonesta has training issue.

Everyone was very friendly. The suite was clean and the fireplace worked. This suite is very spacious with a full kitchen. The free breakfast in the morning is fantastic with a lot of choices.

It was a family trip. I love the fact that we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. At night my sister and her husband had their privacy and I had mines.

Our flight was landing at 11:05pm and the hotel airport shuttle ends at 11pm. When I called and said we were a family of 5 with lots of luggage the front desk staff very kindly made arrangements for the shuttle driver to stay late and pick us up. Everyone I talked to on the phone was lovely and front desk staff was welcoming when we arrived close to midnight. Our room is huge and clean.

This place was great! Nice clean rooms with plenty of space and for an extra touch, our room had a fireplace. The employees went above and beyond with their hospitality. We will definitely be back. Miss Regina made sure we had everything we need it. Awesome place

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and the size of the suite was wonderful for a family of 5 with three adult sized boys. The separate spaces were wonderful for moving around while everyone slept and two bathrooms was a nice surprise. The breakfast area was really clean and the staff seemed to be attentive to replacing and refilling things as needed. Breakfast choices were adequate. I wish breakfast had lasted a little longer on a weekend. The only reason I didn’t rate the hotel as excellent was I noticed anytime someone nearby left their room, the whole room seemed to shake when the doors closed. Also, the entry door we were told to use to access our room wouldn’t open and we had to find another entry. Additionally, it would have been nice if the sink area in both bathrooms had another door so someone could get ready without disturbing someone in the bedrooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely be interested in staying here again when flying out of RDU.

My stay was lovely And the property is lovely the rates are lovely and everything in the breakfast was lovely. I just think that the policy needs to state when you book with Expedia that you have to pay a deposit

Very friendly staff, clean room. Nice bed and shower. I wish more carts were available. With a two year old I really needed one. During the first four nights I couldn’t find one. On my last day I asked if one could be brought from another building and they were happy to accommodate! Moser trash bags in the room would have been nice and an oven, but other than that I really enjoyed my stay! Will stay again! Clean, safe and friendly

I stayed the hotel for 6 nights. What I most dislike about this hotel is the card key. Often times I needed to inside and out the card key because of unrecognizable. Most staff are friendly, the room I stayed was clean enough (except some cups in the shelf). Caution before using stuffs in the shelf, some of them were unwashed.

Gorgeous room, excellent service I will be staying again. Everything was so clean and despite some ruined plans, the lady at the desk was comforting and warm.

Property was well maintained and the staff was nice but not overly helpful. The room was clean but in the middle of our stay we woke to ants all over one of the nightstands. We had left trash there the night before but it seemed they'd been looking for a snack. Other than that the stay was good.

1) These are NOT Sonesta beds. I slept horribly & Sonesta usually has the most comfortable beds but these weren’t it. 2) there was no handsoap in either bathroom or at the kitchen sink so i had to go back down to the front desk immediately after checking in. 3) the lady at the front desk was lacking in customer service 4) the exterior doors to the buildings are supposed to require a card for entry & these were open so i felt like the buildings could have been more secure.

Too many people smoking near the entrances, room wasn’t ready even though we checked in well after the required time, key readers were problematic, fire alarm went off during stay causing an evacuation (not their fault but still). Front desk lady was really nice (can’t remember her name).

It’s difficult to give a rating because we had such different experiences with staff. We arrived at 4 and were told to come back in an hour or so. That wasn’t possible as we were in town for an event that started at 5. We had hoped to get into our room and quickly change clothes, but we were not able to do that. I understand that the lady at the front desk was not at fault, but the way she handled it was disappointing. A welcoming smile and a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Instead we got no greeting and told to come back later. When questioned, she said they can’t guarantee check in time. We checked in after our event (after midnight) and were told that our room had 2 queens instead of a king and queen like we booked. Angela at the desk was quite helpful and made it right for us. The room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was wonderful - reception, cleaning, breakfast! The hotel is also spotless. I was very surprised at the size of our room - so much larger than I thought! For a RDU traveller this is perfect! We were visiting family and found there wasn't much to do in the area, and also you're able to hear the airplane traffic. While this wasn't a huge inconvenience, I'd select a different area for a family/social visit. All in all, a wonderful hotel!!

This hotel provided everything we needed for a family stay (4 adults), 4 days. We used the kitchen in the room for many meals. The kitchen was clean, yet we felt the "tools" were sparce. We could have used one more frying pan and a small pan for pasta etc... The pool area was amazing. Temperature and cleanliness of pool and pool area were great. Staff was very friendly. Felicia at the front desk was very sweet and accomodating. She gave us a great welcome when we came. I was only disappointed by the fact that we had to seek out someone for housekeeping things (trash to be emptied, supplies). All else was great.

My check in experience was excellent. Desk clerk was very nice and informative. She explained breakfast, area restaurants, attractions & made sure our stay was comfortable. The clerk at check out was very hum drum no smile no conversation & one word answers. I had forgotten the breakfast was grab & go so when I looked in the dining area & didn't see anything I asked about breakfast & the only thing she said was it's over at 9am & it was 8:30. That's all. She was borderline rude.

Amazing property! Nick at the front desk was awesome, he took care of me and my handicap mom much better than expected. Beautiful property, clan and big room (with a nice size kitchen and full size refrigerator). Beautiful courtyard. Honestly just a great experience from beginning to end.

Staff was great, hotel was quiet, safe, clean and nicely appointed. Rooms spacious and very nice for my 2 week stay. Only weak point was breakfast which was a little skimpy. It was a light continental breakfast,with microwave biscuit sandwich on request. It was fine for me as I'm not a breakfast guy, but if you're planning on a big breakfast, there's a Waffle House around the corner. On the flipside, the outdoor grill was a nice option and I saw a couple guys use it with success. Staff was the friendliest and most accommodating I've had since Covid. That means a lot to me. Thanks Sonesta, I'll be back in 2 weeks :)
