Property clean. , Kim , Christy, Mindy was very knowledgeable at what they are doing. I was going to be a little late for my check in ; I called Kim informed me all I needed to know. These 3 women’s are rock ❤️🙏🙏🙏
Rooms cleaned ! No noise , good breakfast . And this time good and hot Decaf coffee.

The check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were very friendly. The area around the building was clean with no concerns. We used the elevator to get to our second floor room. The room was just as listed. Plenty of space for the two of us. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances was great if we were staying longer than one night. Didn’t use the sofa bed so I can’t comment on its comfortability. King size bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was clean and had full size shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. If in the area again we will definitely stay again!

The hotel is located in RDU airport proximity, which is a convenient location in general. The room was spacious and very clean, furniture was new and the bed was comfy. Parking was abundant too. So I have zero complaints on the property side.
Two major problems. First, the receptionist was neither friendly, nor happy. She was acting like I owe her something or trying to steal from her. I understand that hotels are relying on cheap labor now, but our interaction didn't sound like "hospitality" at all. Second, the breakfast was incredibly poor. Honestly, I got much better breakfasts in some 2.5* or even 2* hotels across the US
