The room was clean but a bit outdated. The front desk reception was great. The shower water pressure was strong. But the breakfast was a big dissapointment. I am a frequent traveller and this was the worst breakfast service I had so far from Quality Inn. No bread, no juice, no cereal, and nothing like the pictures posted on the main page.

The lobby and hallways smelled like chemicals and paint due to renovations, but room was okay. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and the bathroom had a traditional bathtub with no handrails which was tricky.

The hotel was pretty gross, there was carpet loose all over, stuff all over the walls. Their continental breakfast was super minimal options. Beds were not comfortable. Overall not a very good stay. Most likely will not be back.

The hotel was better than other Quality Inn’s I’ve stayed at. I wish there was more consistency across the brand but this is an example of a good one. I had read the reviews and knew that breakfast was going to be simple with cereal, yogurt, waffles and apples, with coffee and juice - nothing a diabetic can really do for a meal. But since I was prepared it was planned for. The website says Hot Breakfast included. I guess since waffles are hot it’s not untrue just not what most travelers expect of that phrase. I liked that you cannot use the elevator without a room key and the parking lot is well lit. The rate for my room was better than expected and when I suddenly had to cut my visit short due to weather I was charged appropriately without an issue. The room rate I had booked could have allowed the remaining nights to still get charged. That was so very appreciated. I’m assuming that since hotels were filling up due to the storm they were able to fill that one too. The staff was professional and gracious. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. I normally avoid Choice Hotel brands but stay at this one again

The place has a lodge feel with the constant fireplace running. Staff were super friendly and our room was clean. Beds were firm for those who like firm beds and down pillows. Not that far from the hospital for family to stay. Breakfast was simple but convenient. The place needs a little updating with the carpet but it’s still nice to stay at.

It was good overall, just expecting a little more for the price I paid. Staff was courteus and location is nice, quiet area. An older facility showing some age, wear and tear here and there. Perhaps die for a renovation sometime soon. Room was clean and smells good. My main issue would be door noise from next door, everytime the next door neighbor opens or close their doors, it makes a lot of noise, so loud that it sounds like someone is opening or closing my own door, also the towels are really thin and rough, need to be replaced. Breakfast was ok, kinda hoping for better, but nothing bad about it.

Very disappointed because the hot tub was broken and the indoor pool was cold as well as the room. My kids were looking forward to the swim but it wasn’t as warm as an indoor pool area should be. Customer service by the employees was excellent! Very kind, helpful, and attentive to keeping breakfast area stocked and clean. One employee even came to bring treats to our dog.

Extremely bad customer service on a prebooked stay when we encountered an issue at check-in. I don't mind taking some of the responsibility for not fully understanding the check in requirements but the way it was handled by their staff was unprofessional and down right mean. We were turned away with no offer to assist in finding another place, no refund offered and the clerk would not call his manager. He said " I dont have a number for them" and then walked to the back room and shut the door. We will not be staying here again due to the way this situation was handled.

We have used this property since it first opened. It's sad to see the decline in simple maintenance of rugs, door frames, etc but also in the dining experience. The restaurant is not being used at all and the breakfast selection is slim. Staff was distant and not engaged with customers except in the breakfast. Why is there still a rope barrier at the front desk?

Skylar and Devin were amazing Both of them were accommodating and so kind helped me with my packages I was having delivered for my son who I was visiting. The Comfort and homey feeling in the front where the fire place and Christmas tree are found myself sitting there the majority of the time just very nice...I plan on staying again when I visit in the new year.

Check in was easy the front desk receptionist Skylar was very sweet and friendly and efficient. I am surprised with the size of this room for the price, I wish I could stay a second night it is so relaxing and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome just what I needed. I can’t wait to come back this will be my go to hotel and I have stayed in some very high end overrated hotels this is half the price and so much nicer. Thank you for your hospitality!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive. The facility needs a little TLC - the carpet was very worn in the halls. The 2nd floor hall is open to the lobby and was very warm (too warm). I suggested the hotel needs a ceiling fan in the 2nd floor area of the lobby to circulate the heat back down. The room was very clean and neat and no odors (like room freshener). The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. All they had was cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, and a couple pieces of fresh fruit. We went out for breakfast both days. Also, I'm a hot tea drinker and there was no selection of hot tea bags. All they had was Lipton.

It’s a good value for the money. The hotel is s bit run down, for example when you get off the elevator on the second floor the carpet is frayed badly and desperately needs replaced. So we were expecting the same for our room. But once in our room it looked great! The room looked freshly painted, it was spotless, and had a comfortable mattress. The only negative about staff was we had to track down the clerk to get checked in. Once she arrived she was very nice though. I would stay here again

Nothing , breakfast was horrible, the small refregidare in the room was never clean it was full of old ice very dirty there was trash behin the night tables , the windos won't open . The elevator and outside carpet horrible dirty were out , very bad impression, 👎, thanks we just stayed one night we left as soon day break, the room is horrible.
