Very nice staff. Comfortable and large room. Perfect location for overnight transiting through YVR. Easy walk to SkyTrain and bus exchange. Not so sure about the extensive use of disposable cardboard cups, plates and wooden cutlery. Are they more ecological than proper ceramic and glassware? Probably not. They also feel cheap. So, there’s a lot to recommend this place and I would probably stay here again. I’m just not so sure about some of the choices they’ve made.

I’m a Hilton honors member but when we checked in we did not receive any of the perks that we have been accustom to as members. The front desk staff were not helpful and were not able to answer our questions. The toilet in our room did not flush properly and my husband had to fix it. When we returned to our room after breakfast the electronic lock on our room was not working and we were licked out of our room for quite awhile waiting for someone to fix it. Overall not the quality or service we are used to at a Hampton Inn

When I opened the door after receiving the room key from the front desk, it was immediately apparent that the room had not been properly cleaned and prepared for a new guest arrival. When I returned to the front desk to notify them of this issue, the staff member was dismissive and seemed to imply that I was mistaken about the room's condition. Their reaction was unprofessional. Leaving a room in such a state of disarray should never occur, and it clearly happens with enough regularity that the staff did not find it surprising.

It was for one night before heading back to the airport to catch a shuttle to Whistler. Hotel had a small storage room where we were able to store two ski bags instead of having to lug them into our room.

We stayed at the hotel before an early flight. When we checked in (around 5pm) they informed us all the early morning shuttles were full. This was the whole reason we stayed at the hotel so had to pay more for an Uber. We also picked the hotel as they suggested they offer cribs. I would NOT recommend you use them. It was a very lumpy pack and play that had the mattress as the outside that was dragged on the ground. Our daughter slept in the bed with me instead.

Upon arrival the guest services agent at the front desk snapped at us. Found little black hairs in the bathtub, in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was ok and very typical of a free breakfast buffet. Short stay so worked for what we needed.

Excellent overnight stay. Very comfortable bed. One bad thing, there is tea bag in the room, there is a coffee brewer, but no cup? What's the logic behind this...

The hotel is very close to the airport which was important for our stay. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunetly, because of the time we landed the shuttle was not available and we had to take a taxi. Thankfully the front desk was able to help us with this. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room was a comfortable temperature and very clean. Breakfast was a good spread of options.

The location is quite close to the airport and it is very convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel by shuttle bus. The room is clean and quiet. The customer service is awesome. Everyone is welcoming and smiling.

Stayed here overnight before my morning flight. Had breakfast before leaving which was lovely. And used the shuttle to get to the airport. Very friendly greeting and easy check in.

I was disappointed, primarily because I had read the article that described the Hampton Inn. A well written article that raised my expectations, however, when we arrived it was clear that the facility did not match the description I had read. It was just an okay stay. There were a number of things that caused me some concern and it is clear the facility has been well used and in need of some upgrades.

Stay was great. Was a super short stay. Flight came in hours late. Hotel reimbursed the cab fare since it came past shuttle hours. The night time gentleman was friendly and kind. Check in was super fast. I was a bit of a walking zombie after being up nearly 24 hours for travelling. Beds and pillows felt like a dream. Fell asleep fast. Linens were nice. Bathroom was very spacious. Walk in shower was nice. Good water pressure. Room amenities were great. It was right near the Bridgeport skytrain station. Short walk to take the bus to the ferry.

Close to airport. Shuttle service is great. Only downside is no restaurant in building- it was pouring and cold when we arrived.

Stay was great, breakfast is decent. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Hotel is close to airport and shuttle runs regularly. One of the shuttle drivers even gave my car a boost with his own personal vehicle. Very helpful! Our place to stay when we fly out.
