Check-in was seamless and staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was open when we got there and smelled horribly of weed and did not go away by the time we left the next morning. Some stains on one of the bed spreads. The shower didn’t drain well but they did address that while we were out which I appreciated. There was what appeared to be a homeless man living in the lobby.

We were about to enter Gillette Stadium for an outdoor concert, when the phone rang. It was Ruby from this motel letting us know that our room was not in a condition to be occupied but they would put us in a nicer, "sister" motel. The other motel - Home2 - by Hilton, was very nice, BUT it was 20 miles away! We were told it was only 6 or 10 miles! Very, very unhappy!

Not a good place

People there are amazing. In the beds are pretty comfortable. But left to go get food, and came back. My room smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time we were there

Everything was great. Staff was amazing. Housekeeping very very helpful! Breakfast was very good! Overall it was great! I would definitely book again and recommend it to friends! Thank you!

The Asian lady at the front desk is the sweetest. She really made my stay wonderful.

The room needs a little bit of improvement. There was a crack in the sink the tub needs refinishing, and the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. The staff at the front desk was very nice. The pool was a little disappointing. The water was a little slimy and cloudy and ice cold I don’t remember if it said it was a heated pool or not the complementary breakfast was good.

Great staff friendly environment safe place

The property and room were fine. I did have trouble finding the property while going north as I drove by it twice. The breakfast was OK, but not up to many of this chain.

We got into the hotel late and went straight to bed. In the morning we woke up and realized the bathroom walls had mold in ALOT of spots. We let the front desk know. We let the kids swim for a few minutes and the pool area was gross. When we were checking in at 11:30 pm there was a sketchy man laying in the parking lot & when I asked the front desk checking name in they laughed and said he lives there. The man scared my children & made me uncomfortable honestly didn’t want to check in and shouldn’t of we should of found a better place. After discovering the mold we asked for a refund and the hotel manager is supposed to call us back and it- it’s 2 days later & haven’t heard anything still.

It’s not good when you’re checking in and have a homeless person sitting in the lobby. The elevator and hallway were disgusting. The first room we checked into had the mysterious brown substance on the sheets. And had to change rooms. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and body odor. All in all it was a horrible experience!

Old, expensive. Poor condition. Leaking shower unit and ac so loud couldn't sleep or hear tv with it running.

front desk staff was very pleasant, easy check in and out. Room was clean. Only stayed one night.

I knew i wouldn't be arriving til late, so I called before booking to make sure it'll be ok. Once i reached everything was ready for me, so check in was a breeze. The room i was given was an 'accessible' room. Although spacious, the toilet bowl was broken and rocked when i sat on it. There was little of no water in the toilet bowl itself so it barely flushed. Since it was so late, i couldnt get a room change until the next day. That room wasnt bad except the door handle was loose (coming off the door itself on both sides). I advised someone, who was to have maintenance look at it, but no one ever came. Some spots were sticky, the side chair was dirty with crumbs and it looked like juice or something was spiilled. The bedding (middle comforter) was obviously dirty and the bottom bar of the refeigerator was broken off. Thankful there was a refrigerator and microwave since other places don't have that. Anyway, i wiped things down, prayed that no one came in and settled in. I liked the breakfast option part of it because of the variety of choice. The 2nd day (4 ttl) I flipped my door hanger to 'make up room'. ...but when I returned that evening, all i saw was that my towel was changed and my curtain was opened. The bed wasn't touched or made up and that's main thing that needed changing. I might consider coming back because the hotel is in a convenient location for me and where i need to go and be. But, the cleaning part of it needs to step up.

Check in was very fast and easy, staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

The place is starting to look dated. The shower had a lot of long, brown hair on the wall. That was definitely not from me. Breakfast was ok but selection at 6AM was very limited. I won’t stay there again.

Hard to find from expressway because sign is small. Front desk Staff is friendly. Buffet lady seemed annoyed if complimentary foods finished too fast and commented out loud about it. Pool is absolutely FILTHY and COLD. Good cable channels in room and OKAY amount of parking.

Dated needs tlc. Pool needs updating. Bathroom needed to be painted, tub didn’t drain properly, room had a mildew Oder to it. Breakfast was actually good and the staff was great.

A very nice hotel. Love the Kurig in the room - we are coffee lovers.

1st sent to a room that was being lived in.. moved to another room next to another 'resident" who apparently party all night without the staff doing anything to quiet them up, kids riding bikes in the hallways and people loading boxes at the breakfast buffet (as they live there) leaving little for paying travelers, again, staff allowing this. And no attempt to comp or make anything satisfactory during our trip.
