Flight layover……. Super nice hotel transport driver, professional & polite front desk staff! Clean comfy room. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next Seattle trip.

Booked with breakfast included package but was charged again for breakfast. When I called the hotel the first time, I was put on hold for 10 mins then asked my phone number to call back, but no one called back. I called the second time in two days, once again I was put on hold for 10 mins and asked my phone number again and told me they will investigate and call me back. No result yet.

We chose this hotel when we were forced to stay overnight in Seattle due to bad weather at our flight destination. It was chosen when it displayed first under sorting as a recommended hotel, and it offers an airport transfer. But when we tried getting their shuttle, we discovered it didn't run as late as we had arrived or as early as we'd need it the next morning, so we had to take a taxi, costing us $30. We had the night manager book us another taxi for 4 am to get back to the airport, but it never showed up! She made it right by ordering us a Lyft, and paying for it, but we almost missed our flight. The room had a very thin blanket on the bed, which was inadequate since we needed to turn the heat off as it was so loud we couldn't sleep. The place offers a breakfast option, which we chose only to find out it isn't available until after we had to leave.

Absolutely excellent customer service at the front desk. They work so hard to help me with an issue that I was having with Expedia. They graciously offered, more than once, water after traveling. Rare experience.

The size and airiness of the room surprised us, and there was even a small balcony with a table and chairs looking out at the lighted pedestrian walkway and creek. It’s close to shopping at Southcenter Mall and about fifteen minutes from downtown Seattle, making it an excellent value as well as a pleasant place to stay.

Checked in and found out we had to pay $100 for pet fee AND $15 for parking. The total cost of the the room plus tact was over $250! And that did not include a breakfast. For THAT price we could have stayed in a far better hotel. The Monaco in downtown Seattle, a much nicer hotel, charges under $175 and they are super per friendly!!! A welcome goodie bag for your pet, a nice towel for the pet, and rate includes breakfast.

Everything was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sparkling clean room. The only tiny thing that was less than perfect was the bar soap at the sink would not lather at ALL. Very strange. I ended up needing to use body wash from the shower. But I would definitely stay here again and again. Great location.

I always like staying at the Courtyard Marriott when I need an overnight stay because it has a bar and restaurant on site. However, I was VARY distressed to learn that the shuttle to/from SEATAC stopped at 8;45 p.m. Really? And I didn't learn that until I made the call.

Weird there was no dresser. Just one drawer to put folded clothing in. The room smelled very musty upon entry. Maybe bug repellant? Everything else was mediocre.

I stayed at this hotel bc they offered free breakfast. But the breakfast service did not start until 7 am. I had to leave at 7am. I think that is too late to start breakfast service.

There was an ant infestation in our room. At check out I let the front desk know and all they said was “sorry” and they would “address it”. I pressed them on how they would make it right and they said since I had prepaid through hotels.com there was nothing they could do. Pressed again Marlon at the front desk said “What do you want me to dk, I can offer you a free breakfast.” I felt a free breakfast (which was overpriced at $21 per person anyway) was not enough for ants being on my belongings. Pressed again he said “I told you what I could do. What do you want?” At that point I walked away because they clearly would not address the issue that their room was disgusting.

I booked this via Expedia but had the hardest time checking into hotel, they would not take my cc and kept saying that the card on file via Expedia was declined. I was very uncomfortable having to deal with this with so many ppl around. finally after talking to someone at expedia they allowed me to use my person card, but i now have to figure out if i have been charged twice for this one stay...very unnerving end to an otherwise wonderful trip.

Front desk staff could have been friendlier. The night we checked in, I let the desk clerk know that I had already paid for our breakfast for the following morning. She said that she would note that, but I was still charged the next morning. Attitude was different towards me than the rest of the guests and I hate to believe that it was because of my appearance. My wife and I are both minorities and came in wearing sweats while other guests were dressed nicely. I noticed that the guests who were helped before me received better customer service. A simple "have a great night/day" or "is there anything else I can help you with" could have changed the entire dynamic, especially since the guests before us received that care. Once we got to the room, we noticed that the carpet was shredded and strings of it were coming off. The waitress at the breakfast bar (I did not get her name) was extremely helpful and kind.

Great hotel! We usually stay at a different Marriott location, but we honestly liked this one better! The rooms felt more spacious, and the property has a nice pool, too. Everything was super clean and it was quiet in the hotel despite it being a full house.

Shuttle reservation did not show. Sent in a cab that was paid for and had a $100 bill when I arrived at the cruise ship. Thanks Courtyard SeaTac. Will badmouth this location for a while.
