Ups and Downs

I like how welcoming some of your staff is.. I also enjoy some of your other guests they are nice.

I don't like the fact that my fiances vehicle was stolen out of your parking lot. And no one even attempted to inform us about the situation. He left to go to work on Monday and went outside and his work truck was gone. So that's how we found out. And also it didn't seem like anyone really cared about the whole thing. Like we went to address it with the GM and he acted like it wasn't his problem or concern. He just kept talking on the phone his personal phone to his significant other or whatever arguing with them on the phone. Just kinda blew us off like this incident wasn't a big deal. When it is a big deal. That was a company work truck not our personal vehicle. That was very upsetting to me and didn't sit well.

Not having a door key. It was not good having to have the staff of escort you for five days up to your room.

Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and memorable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The price was great and should we ever venture to the Pacific Northwest again, we will return to this location.

There were just some things we weren't aware of going in such as having to pay for additional towels if we weren't staying for more than 14 days. Our bathroom faucet was also wobbly. However, neither of these things were all that bad.

Prison camp vibes

The location is good, handy for the airport and the mall, also only 25 minutes into Seattle downtown (or take light rail from tukwila Park and ride) . Lots of different restaurant options nearby. Full size fridge with a large freezer compartment. Air conditioning. On site laundry facilities that take card payments.

OK, on arrival there was a homeless guy having a very loud argument with reception (this is an ongoing theme). Lots of obvious drug use, halls, lift and exterior areas smell of weed. Room booked for four people had two cups, two glasses, two forks... Etc, no coffee maker in the room and the free coffee in the lobby? Undrinkable. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told to go buy some at Walmart. We actually went to the local goodwill and bought a kettle, extra cutlery and so on, to make the room seem less like a prison camp. Shower is useless, dribbles five jets of water from a shower head fastened six feet up on the wall. Our room also had a phone socket hanging off the wall with exposed wires. Stayed nearly three weeks, housekeeping never cleaned in that time, not even to sweep the floor. I guess that explains the ant infestation in the room. It felt like it should have been significantly cheaper than it was. Buying our own cutlery, pillows and kettle in a suite being marketed to tourists seems remarkable.

i’m not sure if we will stay there again .

The room was clean. The Hotel was not far from the airport and closed to restaurants the mall and fun center. The staff was very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable. The sheets kept coming off every time you moved you had to get up and put the sheet back on . The air conditioner did not cool the room down. Had it on 65 and it was still hot in there. There’s no breakfast available at the hotel or no swim pool. The rooms do not have coffee makers . For being a suite there was no where to sit except for two kitchen chairs The room next to us had dogs that bark every time you walk by or they heard a noise . There was construction in the parking lot . There is not a lot of dishes or silverware. Some of the dishes were not clean.

Great price location and amenities.

Convenient location for my lay over. The staff were more than friendly and accommodate our needs to the fullest.

Continental breakfast would be nice. Thanks for letting our family stay. The kitchenette was so helpful when you have little ones.

Not as expected.

The location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Seemed like it was a newer property but the inside was very worn out. Needs updating. Also was not very clean. Walls were stained and found hairs on my bed and in the bathroom. Check in took longer than what I am used to. When I checked in was told they didn't get the payment from Booking and I mentioned it multiple times and she assured me had not been charged even though I showed her the charge on my card. I ended getting charged twice.

Disappointing

Location

Management, give you a price quote, But! Changed on the price, just because they made a mistake!! And want you to pay for their mistakes! I was quoted one an hour later, quoted a different price. For an additional days stay. So instead of just admitting to that they were wrong! All because of 10 dollars!! They lost out on 500.00 That's not a manager that I want running my business! I've been staying here just because of the stove, I like cooking for myself. Other than that! Nasty Attitude!! They told me to leave if I didn't like it!! 🤣🤣🤣 SO I TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!! SEE YA !!

Double Billed property blames Booking.Com

I paid for the room on the app then the property ran my card and charged me again for the same room and said Booking.Com nevet sent them payment but my card was charged. The staff at the hotel haf no idea how to deal with a Booking.Com transaction that was paid for on the App. I was given keys to an occupied room and tgen two sets of keys for a new room that did not work. I was told they were going to notify the property manager so I could be refunded and wgen it did not hapoen, i emailed the manager who said its Booking.Coms problem and they do not provide refunds and apologized for the incompetance of the staff but stated they were trying

We ended up leaving for the night.

Front desk was nice.

The Clorox smell was very strong in the room. Even after trying to air the room, you can still smell cleaning product.

perfect for quick access to the Seatac, Tukwila, Renton address andaddress and close to the light rail station regional

very clean and efficient furnishings. great great friendly and helpful staff! all 3 shifts.

only complaint is that there isn’t any filtered water or large bottled water anywhere… just the small expensive Coca-Cola bottled water for $2.50 each. :/
