We liked everything but breakfast. Not much to choose from, and our last morning there wasn’t anything, milk was out, no yogurt, and the place was a reck. Trash was over flowing. Nice place other then that, great location.

I came the night before a surgery. The night clerk was very nice and wished me luck for the next day. When I returned in the evening the next day he was thoughtful enough to ask how I was feeling. It means a lot to be thought of. He was a great guy!

The hotel is in a great location, near a mall and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included with the stay was less than spectacular, but it was good enough to tide you over until lunch. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself is showing it's age and could use an makeover.

It wasnt bad, i was there for 2 nights 3 days. The service itself wasnt bad but the hotel room itself was eery. Large red stain from previous occupants and bathroom toilet kept running water, loudly. Also happened in another family members room. One window didnt open at all, and when we got to the hotel the fridge wasnt even plugged in. Room 142*. Also everything just kinda smelt unclean? So mamy smells that were stale almost it was weird.

It was quiet and the room was decent overall. There was a slightly strange smell in the 1st floor hallway and the breakfast options were lacking. I couldn't even get the raisin bran out of the container.

Checked in at late night, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent service. The free airport shuttle service was great and the driver was very amicable and showed hospitality in treating the guest. The free continental breakfast was a great treat as well. Though the hotel was a bit old in furniture its staff’s excellent service makes up for it. The location is okay from the airport and it is a great value for airport passengers.

Dirty, stinky, old, stuff falling apart, broken chair in room, not much breakfast options, open light fixtures in bathroom you can see the dust and dirt in there, loud bathroom fan, water in shower not hot, terrible tv, didn’t even work. The list goes on and on.

Was not worth the cost. The room smelled musty and was not very clean. Outdated sinks, carpets and most of anything else. The so called breakfast wasn’t much either. Just overall not a place to stay.

Fire alarm went off 2 times the spriklers went off flooded the whole lobby and part of 1st floor. Fire alarm went off at 4:45 am hell of alot of smoke a person burned something in a microve but scared all the guests mid morning Fire department had to come out . Spoke to manager she said they would reinburst 2 nights Im hoping they do. 3 times in our 2 wk stay our room was cleaned. Never replaced toilet paper or shampoos. Service was really bad.

Last minute reservation, decent price. Unfortunately, no restaurant on site. Continental breakfast provided. No food allowed to be taken to the room. However, the room did have a microwave.

Check in was fast, room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable, and, best of all, the hotel was very quiet. for a business traveller, that's important. Breakfast was nothing to get excited about.

The hotel is so old and dated and needs major renovation. It's not safe - anyone can just go in and access hotel rooms. Facilities including hotel rooms, are rundown.

Needs better toilet and shower was ghetto.. Outdated no usb ports. Made me wait to check in for over an hour the front desk gal Fatima was great telling me I had to wait she was cool about it but I don’t think waiting an hour was cool at all. First time last time.

Overall this hotel met our needs, a place to stay the night and shower. However, it fell short in a few areas. The room was clean, but very run down. Paint chipping off around the heater/window, a missing ceiling light fixture, and the shower curtain rod was sagging which made it nearly impossible to keep the curtain closed while using the shower. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming and check in/out was smooth. The included breakfast was very sparse with very few protein options. Various breads and french toast, cold cereal, yogurt, juice, and some fruit.
