Breakfast had anything you would want in a typical hotel breakfast

Very very long hallway

Breakfast was good and the room was adequate.

Upon arrival, my partner and I were told the room service was every other day. We were never told to request it over the phone. I did not see any paper in the room stating it either. On the day the room was supposed to be clean, I left every thing pickup to facilitate the work for the housekeeper and out of respect expecting to come to a clean room to relax and enjoy. To our surprise, the room was not clean. We called the front office and we were explained about having to "request the room service." Luckily, we are not dirty people, but we did not have clean towels at all, so we just asked for clean towels. The front desk receptionist said they were going to make sure to put our room on the list the next day (third day to get clean). In efforts to ensure there was no miscommunication from our part, I even call the next morning to request it. Sadly, we came back to a dirty room and without having clean towels left. Luckily, that morning, I saw a house keeper and I asked for sheets to change the bed myself. I told her, I can do the bed, and please clean our bathroom, and the rest. She even suggested to call the front desk to request the room service because our room was not on her list. Despite the call, we came back to a dirty room and having to request towels. That totally started making our experience uncomfortable. Then, the day we went to use the pool, there were no towels. We went to the front desk to request towels, but they did not have towels at all. The receptionist had to go and get room towels for us to use. We felt as we were begging for necessities that should be provided/available. Over all, our room was not clean a single time, not even when we requested which was disappointing. As a result we had to use dirty towels at some point or beg for towels. As you may understand, when you are vacationing, you try to make the best of your time.

the housekeeping is not systematic.

The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and well layout. The staff members were helpful during our stay. The hotel has access to a large open and free parking. Breakfast included.

The hotel is located in Tukwila; hence access to Seattle would either require a car, to go to the park and ride nearby (which is often very full) or to tale a bus then the green line. You do also have access to the Amtrak at Tukwila station. The hotel was meeting basic needs. The AC system was very noisy and the water pressure of the shower variable. Included breakfast is always interesting but the food options remained not quite healthy and always the same - which is completely understandable if you look at the price-quality ratio of the stay. For a few days, the hotel would work.
