The woman that checked us in was very rushed, and I’m not sure why. There wasn’t anyone else looking to check-in when we were there. She then said, “are you here for the graduation?” I said, “no,” and she said, “well I have to put something down. Why are you here?” So weird. She didn’t say anything to us about breakfast or WiFi just “checkout is at 11.” I’ve stayed here before, so I know the drill, but this left a sour taste in my mouth.
Around 1am, I noticed a dripping sound coming from outside of my window, and it was a constant drip for hours. Talk about a terrible night sleep!!
Lastly, I was charged a different amount than what I was quoted, so now I’ll have to deal with that this morning. Not a good stay.

We had a family suite with two beds and a pull out sofa. When we checked in, we had five towels and one washcloth (no idea how that math worked out). No big deal…went to the front desk and got washcloths. While in the shower, figured out the shower gel and conditioner were empty.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly but housekeeping kind of dropped the ball in our room.

The hot tub, bath tub/bathroom were ALL filthy. The water in the pool was TOO cold. Oh, there was a bug crawling in the hot tub. When I went to turn on the floor lamp there were tortilla chip crumbs and other crumbs behind the lounge chair in the corner. I have more complaints but I'll stop at this. All I know is that I will NEVER stay there again when I come in town to visit family. And you guys advertise that you're sooo clean, NOT....

You can tell this property has been around awhile. My first impression was an irritated front desk lady who rolled her eyes when I rang the bell. Maybe she wasnt having a good day. We got down to breakfast a minute or two late not realizing it was done so early, asked someone if we could grab a yogurt or sandwich out of the fridge for our room. They wouldn't let us, said they were already wiping things up. I realize we were late but the fridge was right there and we paid enough to stay here to get a yogurt to eat in the morning. The pool was nice, we stayed in a suite, that was also a nice amount of space. The restaurant was pretty expensive, but I guess what do you expect. Overall it was an okay experience but we may try somewhere else next time we come.

Front desk worker was extremely rude before we even saw the hotel. Was higher priced than many other hotels in the area. Pool facility was only reason I paid extra for this hotel as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. When we went to the pool it was dirty, extremely cold and multiple items broken or out of service. I took many pictures of the dirty stained towels, broken pool equipment and games but cannot upload here. Absolutely will never stay here again. Pay more get less. Room was actually pretty nice but don’t get fooled by the pictures online of pool room. Must’ve taken them 20 years ago and never maintained a thing after.

I was unable to check in to hotel. I booked online prior an paid for my stay ahead of my trip but was unable to check in at motel. They said I had to pay at motel when I checked in and explained the situation. Reservation wasn't canceled and I was charged for the whole stay.

Very nice hotel. Had restaurant attached that was good food and drink. The bed was a little hard for my comfort and you had to do the twist to get to the toilet paper. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast could of been better. Jimmy Dean sandwiches you heated up yourself.

Loved the room with couch and fireplace. Nicely maintained facility and appreciated the management’s strict policy on quiet. Unfortunately, mattress not that comfortable, poor quality sheets, disliked the pillows.

But Very annoyed by the box elder bugs in the window and in the rooms. And 2 damp and used towels left on the back of the bathroom door. The king size bed was not comfortable.

The room smelled faintly of smoke. Not awful but it was there. The phone was hung up but would make the busy sound. We had to unplug it. There was hair in the bathtub & on the bathroom floor. It was easy to see so definitely disappointing. It makes one question all cleanliness. Breakfast was disappointing. Jimmy Dean sandwiches to microwave, banana, apple, yougurt toast. Very simple.

Box elder bugs everywhere. We killed at least 8 in our room before sleeping & then found even more in the morning.
The staff member working the continental breakfast was incredibly rude for no reason. I had seen her keys and a card on the counter and had announced that someone had forgotten their keys (thinking it was a mom) and she responded "they're mine, not yours" and I was just amazed... It was so unnecessary, since I only mentioned it because there were so many people down there. She continued to throw herself around without excusing herself and just be rude to other people looking navigate this tiny room with no space to really prepare food. Staff like that need to quit or work in a different area. It was just over the top and not needed that early in the day.
Overall it was fine, the room was clean other than the bugs. You'll have that this time of year though. Staff needs to either have a coffee break or take a deep breath before dealing with customers. Yikes.

We were greeted and the hotel seemed friendly but products were being received while breakfast was served and supplies, spoons, creamer were low. breakfast area was not impressive.
Breakfast also stopped at 9:30, odd, most are open until 10 or 10:30.
2nd outside door was propped open causing quite a breeze, hence the ecofriendly low mark.

Me and my family really enjoyed everything about our stay here. Very first time coming and will definitely be booking in the future again as well staff very friendly and kind all areas very well kept up and clean and breakfast very good as well.

Parking spaces wide enough and plenty of parking, and well lite for safety.
The river bluffs were great background.

Plaza Hotel was fairly easy to find and to get to other places we were visiting.
The only bad thing was how low the toilet was to the floor.
It was very hard for my wife sit on the toilet. Even though the room was not an accessible room, it should be high enough for a person with walking challenges to easily to use the toilet.

I liked almost everything about the stay but I was going to use the ice bucket and then there was a used bag with water in it.. it disappointed me I was scared that bedsheets were not changed maybe. The bathtub didn’t seem cleaned either. Otherwise the stay was nice.

Beautiful views outside, nice on-site restaurant. The pool area was nice for little kids. The workout room was very dated and the equipment was rough to use. Our room was very nice though. Breakfast was alright.

Beds are trampolines. A/C was rattling all the time. The Continental breakfast is microwave your food and open cereal containers. No thanks.
