Toilet problems, notified front desk that toilet was not flushing. Only one person working so took a long time before she could come fix issue. Next time using same thing clogged. Next morning toilet completely overflowed. Also, room next to me had a dog barking very early in the morning - not a pleasant stay.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool area has its own towels. So, you can use the room towels for bathing.

The hotel was nice, the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly and they had a good breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the sheets on one of the beds was obviously dirty.

It was the same as always, but would like to know why I had to pay over $40 more at hotel when I prepaid on Expedia. Seems like a hidden fee to me. Not happy, very expensive one night stay.

The room was large, very clean, quiet and updated. We have no complaints except the included breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve had. Overall it was a good place to stay.

I had a terrible night sleep. The blind on the window wouldn’t close and the lights from the parking lot were SO BRIGHT I woke up 7 times. The beds are too hard and uncomfortable.

Clean room, comfortable bed, those breakfast eggs aren’t the best. They always seem to be dry. I was looking for the sausage gravy and biscuits, no such luck.

The entire water system was out in the morning so my family was not able to shower. I ran the tub for 1/2 hour with nothing but cold water and very dirty looking water. I asked for a credit at the desk and the employee said that sometimes the manager will do that. The manager should have been there to deal with this and should issue credits for all guests without water. That is ridiculous.

First thing I noticed at check-in was an AC vent directly above the clerks desk was clogged with dirt and dust. Same thing in the bathroom of my room. These little things make you wonder why you pay $170 per night in the place. Also, after housekeeping did my room, no k kups were replaced. Called front desk and the guy said “nope, sorry, we are out”! A few minutes later he knocked and brought me some. Lastly at the breakfast, there was no juice. Another guest pointed it out and I heard the lady working the buffet say “yeah, sorry, we are out of juice”. Most expensive hotel in the area and I wasn’t thrilled with several things. The pool was very cold also. Grandson couldn’t stand to be in the water for more than a couple minutes.

The room was pretty clean and quiet. Nice selection of TV channels. It was very hard to keep the room at a moderate temp. It was either too cold or too hot. I think they got a bargain on preschool height toilets. Unbelievably low seats. Also they use scented products. The sheets smell, the room smells, when we got home we still smelled it. With so many people with sensitivities it always surprises me that hotels continue to use scented products. We were pleased overall. We have stayed at a competitor nearby and thought this was better. Whoever makes breakfast did an incredible job of making those omelets look and taste very good! The bacon was also done to perfection.

I did not get the room I reserved, and I was charged more than was agreed upon from hotels.com. My key card stopped working well before checkout, and @ 200$ a night I would not have thought the system to be so pushy. The TV channel select either does not work right or is too complicated. The entire hotel smells of chlorine.
