This hotel is situated in a business park area in a setback from the street. The ambience is nice in the entrance, but otherwise it is a hotel situated in a business park. There are nice trees in the parking lot in the entryway is quite large and has lots of seating areas. The staff are, courteous upon check-in and were helpful. The elevator is in reasonable condition in the area is well decorated. The bedroom was as advertised. The bed was comfortable the pillows, notable, in lots of storage space for travelers. I do like the sofa in the king size bed option as it really creates a Homie feel . The bathroom was clean and nice but not too updated but very efficient. I did find the morning breakfast more curious as there are free options and then also at this location you can purchase at the grill, but that wasn’t well marked. In my opinion, I did order an omelette. I found a bit salty for just ordering eggs, cheese, onions, and Mushrooms so if you are on a low salt diet, you should probably speak to the grill chef. Otherwise it’s definitely not brand but in good condition and the space in the pool area were notable. I do like the design work and the bedrooms and so that I can give it four stars.

This is a nice hotel. The service staff at night are not terribly impressive. It bothers me that I can’t access a dining menu in my room nor will they deliver food to the room.

I was disappointed when I got there and they told me washers did not work, that was the reason I booked Hotel there. I asked for shampoo, conditioner, towels and bathroom tissue. The worker in front desk asked me if there was no shampoo and conditioner there. I felt like he was rude, why would I lie about that. I told him there was just enought for the night foe my husband and I. He gave me a small shampoo and conditioner which was not enough for both of us in the morning. That was very rude of him to not give me enough shampoo and conditioner.

Was not informed that there would be no room service or fresh towels for the second day of our stay. This was disappointing as we returned to the room on the second day and nothing had changed since we left earlier. For those clients staying three days, they will really be in need of new towels and restored bedding.

We stayed here for the Golden Sky Festival. It’s about a 45-minute walk to the back entrance. Most of the guests we interacted with in the lobby were also there for the festival so I think for the price we paid, the hotel should’ve offered a shuttle. Pool was fun. Small, quaint. Room was clean. Super noisy after the concert but that’s to be expected. We ate in the restaurant Saturday and it was pretty good. Extended hours Friday and Saturday nights would’ve been ideal but they close @ 10pm.

We were at this hotel for 4 days for aftershock. It was lovely for the 30 min commute to the venue. They kept the kitchen open until 12am at the hotel since food is limited in the area which was nice. The pool was in direct sun so we didn’t swim because no shade provided by the pool but people looked like they were enjoying it & it looked clean. We asked multiple times for our trash to be taken and it never happened. Our sink was fully clogged with hair when we got there.the AC is not the best so prepare to sleep with just a sheet! For the price we paid I don’t believe it was worth it.

Hotel is very dated. Shower head wouldn’t point in the direction needed. Beds were lopsided and lumpy. I’m not super picky but wow! Update the mattresses. This seems to be a trend with this hotel chain.

We have a family with kids so we love the pool and breakfast options. Thank you Luchie and staff. I love the omelets here. It's close to interstate 5 and feels safe and quiet. We have stayed here often on our vacations. I highly recommend it.

Our experience was very good. The hotel is in a quiet location, check-in was easy, the staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and kept up. The only downside is that they do not provide free breakfast which is always nice. We would definitely stay again.

I appreciate the service. The only problem I had was the carpet. I not really sure how often the steam clean the carpet but my allergies were acting up during my stay. Maybe it was something else that was aggravating my senses. Either than that I would stay there again.

With regret, every time that I stay, my stay is burdened by guest behaviors: Kids running in the halls, knocking on door and then running. Loud conversations held in the hallways. This time someone had a dog and unsure if it was a service dog. It wined for hours at a time,barked a bit, which disrupted sleep. The hotel is fine, it is guest behaviors.

Dirty. Housekeeping needs to learn how to deep clean. Questionable splatters on the mattress cover and furniture, lots of food on the floor where the floor meets the wall and near the headboards. Dirt between the sheets and mattress protector. Hair. Stained towels. The stay was gross and uncomfortable. I wanted to leave early, but didn't want to ruin our vacation even more, so I just dealt with it. Will not return. We stayed at a very clean Marriott in Tahoe the next two nights... now that was amazing.

Great customer service at front desk. We did ask for a king bed but got two queens instead. Front desk agent was kind to provide breakfast vouchers to ease the news. Room was clean! Needs more towels for pool use! Pool was beautiful, looked clean! Parking was plenty. Will look for this brand hotel in other locations for future trips.

Very nice hotel for a short getaway/over nighter. Love the fact that they have a little dining area and snack store right in the lobby. The pool was just enough to enjoy for a cooling and relaxation. The room was clean and nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Overall, I would definitely stay there again when in the area!

I made a reservation for a room with one king size bed. Apparently, they over sold the hotel. Though I am a Hilton Honors member, because I booked thru Expedia- my reservation was bumped to the bottom of the list. Not only did I not get what I reserved, I apparently should have been glad I had a room at all. I'll stay at the Marriott next time.

The room was dirty, there were nail clippings on the floor. The sheets were stained. Then breakfast was awful, I was lined up, and people out of like cut in front of me and yelled at me saying they had been waiting and being very disrespectful but they were on opposite side of the kitchen. The cook even after seeing they were being disrespectful decided to apologize to them and give them a free meal. He then proceeded to give them free meals. When it was my turn he basically forgot my order twice and it was a very unprofessional and bad experience. I will NEVER go back to that hotel. Horrible staff. And very dirty.
