The facility was clean, safe and the staff were great! The breakfast was way better than expected. Nice fresh and well stocked.
We needed the family suite and that part of the build had no hot water. There was an apology and a slight discount given for the unconvince.

Overall it's a great place to stay. My room was an A+. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was so good and the staff was accommodating whenever there was an issue with operating the pancake maker and the yogurt machine. 😋
I didn't like the ice machine being located in the laundry room. It seemed a little isolated inside the room which I think could create a safety issue.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of TV channels to watch and they had nice amenities. The walk to old town Sacramento was nice.
The location was a bit on the rough side. Several people were around that looked homeless and asking for a handout. The balcony was nice but easily accessible by anyone on the ground and several people were hanging around at the bottom or nextdoor parking lot. We were looking forward to the pool, but it had so many bugs we couldn't swim in it. Jacuzzi was also cold.
