Great friendly service. Enjoyed the free breakfast and 24hr coffee bar. Great room with kitchenette and refrigerator. Stayed here last year and will keep coming back. Great and safe location with easy access to freeway.

The room was loud. The walls were thin we could here the conversation next door a 3am. The were no towels in the room and we never got any when we asked. The bed was awful as well.

This was my first time that I stayed at home to suites and it was a very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. It’s a total suite with a small kitchen. It’s very basic not real fancy. I thought it was slightly overpriced. I think residence Inn is a little bit better for the about this price range in a hotel. It was not really impressed with the breakfast again I think residence and does a much better job at the breakfast this hotel. Basically you just grab a hot sandwich and it did have waffles and some yogurt and a little bit of fruit. The staff was very nice again. This particular location in Sacramento look like it was a newer hotel, but there were quite a few homeless. I had my dog with me. I always stay at dog, friendly hotels, and didn’t feel very good about walking around at night.

We were very happy with this hotel. The check in lady was wonderful and acknowledged my HH status with a small gift bag. All the other front desk staff were so friendly and nice. We had one glitch. A woman housekeeper knocked loudly on my door at 7:50am with the Do Not Disturb sign on. She wanted to know if we wanted housekeeping even though we were checking out. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Room design flaw - no toilet paper holder. No trash can inside bathroom. Sofa bed very comfortable. Breakfast food ran out at 8:30am, although breakfast served till 10am. Waffle machine not working. Limited staff working- front desk staff needs to take care of coffee cup replacement etc.

Everything was great. Only thing was really loud outside the complex. Around 11:30pm, was a group of cats screaming and one pound cannon fire sound.

Everything was fine except for two things- the first was the tile floor in my room was sticky and the bin to put the coffee pods in was missing!

For anyone that is most concerned about staying in a quiet place, we have always been very happy that the hotel is quiet. They are always very helpful and attentive to ones' needs. For those planning on staying here, please be aware that they charge $10 per day parking.

Great hotel for the price! My room had a kitchen, sofa, and nice furniture. Great breakfast in the morning and friendly service. Easy access off the freeway and easy to Uber downtown. would definitely stay again

Showed up 30 minutes past check-in time and there were still no rooms available. Booked the room for a country music festival and planned to get ready for the festival after check-in. Very disappointing to show up and not be able to check in and get ready to make it to an expensive event until hours after it started.

The staff was support friendly and helpful. However, either Hotels.com OR Home2 should have a disclaimer (and a discount) for rooms set immediately outside the Ice Making machines. The noise from these machines kept me and my colleague sleepless and exhausted during this trip as his room was also right by the Ice Making machine. I also applaud the idea of inclusive boarding such as welcoming Pets; however, you should have floors specific to Pets OR let guests know when there is a pet in the next room. We both had to deal with barking dogs. And I have allergies. This was very disappointing.

This was our first time in a Home2 residence and I’ll be looking to stay at this hotel in the future. The kitchen area has all the essentials that you’d hope for in any other hotel— a mid-sized refrigerator, a microwave, a small sink, dishes, pots, and even a dishwasher. We didn’t use any of it, but honestly it’s be great for families with little kids. I remember many hotel stays with my kids when I’d hope there would be a microwave to heat up Spagghetios. The TV had plenty of channels, although the quality of the tv was not stellar, and the black out shades were incredible. It was so dark in our room I hadn’t realized it was light out already in the morning. For the price, Home2 has won me over. It offers what every hotel should offer to its guests.

Neighborhood seemed safe. The negative is that we added another night and we were told we couldn’t book directly through them. We had to go onto the website that we booked and reserve online only. What an inconvenience to have to go online to book just 1 more night. Why not just charge me an extra night? Doesn’t make any sense at all. Late night employees were lazy and not very friendly.

Everything was great except for the fact that the dishwasher in my room was broken and they did not have a Holy Bible in the room. Thankfully I brought my own Bible but I was disappointed to see there wasn't one.
