The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the included breakfast had a good variety. It took a while to get hot water in the shower for the first person. And then for the couple showers after that there was a loud squeaky noise for a couple minutes at the beginning that I'm sure neighboring rooms were annoyed by too. So definitely could use some updating to the bathroom, adding a fan and fixing the plumbing. We had a family of 4 on reservation so 4 towels would have been nice too. Also with the location being close to a busy road/freeway some sound proofing on windows would be a good to have as well.

This property was very close to where I was having meetings and looked very clean and safe. There were other options, but coming from out of town, I knew I would be able to trust the Holiday Inn name. It did not disappoint. The staff were great, filling the hot water for me at night to make tea when they could have said ti was only for breakfast, giving me a proof of stay to turn in with all my receipts even though it was booked through a third party stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast options were great. Everything was fresh. There was even an option to make fresh pancakes. The only thing I would say is that it's kind of sandwiched between industrial businesses, but the noise wasn't an issue and stopped at the end of business for those places. Obviously not a hotel issue, just so people know what they'll be near. Honestly, great stay. When I was facetiming my kids, they kept saying how nice my room was. :) I was able to find nice places to eat that were literally minutes away. I would stay here again, I'd bring my family here. :)

Easy access to the freeway but that also meant you could heathe road noise. We loved the full breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Parking under the building is limited and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my car in the other spots due to the gad station right next door.

I have a disabled parking permit and it was hard to park in the handy-cap spot with a red mustang parked I. The no parking and a construction truck parked in the other spot. Both vehicles did not have a plate or placer displayed. Lady at the check in was rude.

The upgrades done to the rooms since we were here last are great! Spacious rooms with Keurig machines, mini fridges and large screen TVs. Everything in the room was clean. The tub area was apparently not on the list to be redone, but it was in no way dirty or stained. Just chipped a bit and the grout is a little discolored. Nothing at all would keep us from returning, just being factual.

Check in is listed as 3pm, but when we arrived at 3:20 there were no king rooms clean so we had to wait a bit for a room to become available. Other than that, the stay was great. We would definitely consider staying here again. It is close to places to eat and shopping.

I had to come up to Sacramento for the night to celebrate a good friend’s recent tying of the knot. The Clerk that helped me check-in was great! Totally friendly and professional. She seemed to be having some issues with CC machine not working and a printer not working properly; but friendly none the less! Very pretty too - wink, wink, Ha. Got back to the Hotel after the party and was quite surprised to hear a little music being played down the hallway from my room around 1:30am. My bed was on the lumpy side; but for a one-nighter, it served its purpose.

The hotel was nice, elevator was quick, good parking, easy off the freeway access. The breakfast was sub-par, they never even had all the hot food out, one whole tray was just empty each day. My room was nice, bed was comfy, but the shower was not good. The handheld shower head would not stay in place, so it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.

Enjoyed the stay. Just wish there were more amenities. There was no change machine for the washing machines and the front desk did not have change, so I couldn’t do my laundry while I was there.

i liked that the property was close to the freeway. there's a gas station and grocery within walking distance which is nice. There's a truck rental yard next door so the view on that side isn't great.

The room is above standard. The really outstanding part is the breakfast. There are quite a variety of food, both cold and hot. The quality of the food is very impressive too.

Every pillow in the room smelled of swear/body odor. I don't believe they changed the pillow cases and I wonder about the rest of the linen but I wasn't about to sniff those. Will never stay here again. Disgusting.

Conveniently located for Uber access to downtown. We went to a concert and all of the downtown hotels were booked. This is a nice facility.

The bed were comfortable, i was so disappointed in the bathroom ventilation.. made the room steamy and hot. The desk chair was old and peeling, that was kind of gross. Also it was very loud from the hallway noise

The staff was very helpful -- check-in was a breeze. When I booked this hotel online, I didn't realize how much traffic noise from the nearby Interstate highway would be audible in the room.

We had just stayed at a hotel in LA for about $40 less a night and it was much cleaner and many more ammenities. Not a bad stay breakfast was good. Just thought the price was a bit on the high side.

Stayed in town for the Sacramento Ironman triathlon. This location was one stop down the highway and extremely convenient to getting in and out of Downtown. Staff was friendly and room were very quiet and comfortable as you can always expect at Holiday Inn

The front desk agent, Maria, was great and friendly. She made the process of checking in and out very easy and handled everyone with respect and courtesy. The showers weren't the cleanest but everything else was good.

I liked that it was close to a few fast food places and a gas station. I also liked how nice the staff was. The issues i had were, the AC in the room wasnt very great and the fan in the bathroom wasnt great either and it looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Another thing was the lobby closed at 10pm which was a bit inconvenient because i was there for a festival and didnt get back till after 10 and we had to use the stairs which were pretty warm.

We came from out of the area not knowing where we could afford to stay. Upon arrival to the property and check in- went smoothly until we got into our room. We went to the window to let in the sun and boom THREE giant wasps. My fiance quickly got them out but we were worried about how they got there to begin with. Call the front desk to ask for more cups since we used the plastic ones to take care of the wasps but no one answered. I stayed on the phone while it rang at least 15 minutes. Then later that night I went to shower and the tub was a bit dirty. We eventually told someone at the desks ourselves but nothing really happened or became of it. Just got the "I'll let my manager know." Other than this- everything went smoothly and the breakfast options were above par. Lots of seating and all.

Nothing ! Everything was not what they said it would be! They gave us a 1 bed room when we reserved a 2bed. ( My husband, myself and kids) They gave us a 2 bed room that was not clean. The beds were a mess and slept in. The furniture looked like it had been chewed up by a dog. When we asked for a clean room they said that's all they had and so we asked them to put clean sheets on our beds. After about 45min ( by this time it's after 10 pm with tired kids from traveling all day)they handed us sheets and told us we had to be the maids and take off the dirty sheets and put on the clean ones. We paid $200 for a piece of crap room aaand had to be the maids! They refused to give us a discount. Then they promised a nice hot breakfast with omelets, sausage and bacon. Nope! It was cereal and after about an hour of waiting they brought out a small pan of scrambled eggs. Their service was absolutely horrible! Would not recommend anyone to stay there! It's also in a really sketchy location.

The only thing i did not like was that our toilet plugged up and i had to go down to the lobby to pick up a plunger and fix the problem myself. I think i should be compensated for this humiliating situation It was during breakfast and had to walk to my rokm with a plunger
