If you're going to an Athletics game, this is a great place to stay. It's a 10-15 minute walk from their stadium. It's also close enough to walk to Old Sacramento.
The waffle machine is a standard at American hotel breakfast, and we liked it. They also had small cheese omelets and sausage.
The guy at the desk was friendly and helped with our inept use of the mandatory parking app.
You have to pay for parking AND you have to pay a service fee for parking even though the lot is just a standard motel lot around the hotel. It's not separate at all but they treat it separately.
Moreover, you can't just add parking to your bill. You have to use a QR code and pay via an app.

Close to Sutter Health Park for the Mariners game
Checked in 1.5 hours after check in and was told our room was not ready. One light switch controls all the outlets but not marked as such. Have to pay a 3rd party for onsite parking. Got charged more than booking.com said.
