Hotel is under construction/remodeling and yes we knew this before booking by reading the comments but we didn’t expect for it to be a bad experience, our room had to be switched due to a leak in the ceiling and clogged bathroom. On our last night AC. broke down. We were not aware housekeeping was not coming daily we stayed a week how was it expected for us to shower and dry with same towel for several days? We requested towels but of course had to wait for housekeeping to come in the next morning. Had to walk around to our room at the other end from the elevator due to remodeling, we rather use the stairs by the 3 day. But what made this a bad experience was parking! The employees and construction guys got to park at night in guest parking and the guest had to wonder out in the streets with no security cameras mind you we drove from out of state and didn’t know how safe the area was. I guess that what we get for giving this place a chance while it was under construction.. beds were comfortable, you actually don’t hear airplanes all night even though hotel is located at airport. Once it’s finish I am sure it’s a great place to stay but not for a family travel for a week having to struggle to park each night and wanting to shower properly too.
