The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

Sangrias had great staff and food was good! Caribbean fish market is OK. Office staff were extremely friendly and super helpful.

The room was great but I didn’t get to select the view. I would have preferred a higher floor for more of a water view.
We only stayed for 3 nights. I would suggest staying for longer or picking another place. The restaurant options are limited to a beach bistro and a very nice (expensive) dinner restaurant. The room we were in had a kitchenette but without a car and for only 2 full days, it wasn’t worth it for us to bring in any food.
The beach was nice. We didn’t go in the pool.

The property was very clean. The best part was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amazing restaurants! Very disappointed there was no service to our room during our stay which is one of those vacation perks.
