It should be removed from the hosting list. Good attention at check in. Disappointment when arriving at the room, an invasion of cockroaches coming out of the floor carpet, torn sheets with cigarette burn holes. Dirty bathroom and in poor condition. Room with unpleasant smell. Old and dirty furniture, rusty lamps. Horrible sanitary conditions. We left the place and went to another hotel.

The room was filthy. The tub did not drain. I have no idea what they clean the sheets with - they smell like a chemical. The beds are sunken because they are so old. Dirt on the walls etc. Then their was the roaches. If you want to pay someone to be punished this is your place. Expedia should not list this property.

Bed Bugs. They had frickin’ bed bugs! And that was in the second room we were offered because the first one was admittedly not even cleaned! WTFudge!?! To make it worse after we discovered the bed bugs we of course demanded a refund and the clerk kept telling us no refunds. I had to explain to this dude repeatedly for twenty minutes how you cannot take someone’s money when you cannot do the single job you are accepting a fee for - which is offer a sanitary room! Again WTFudge!?! After we finally received our refund we ended up sleeping in the car because it was a better option than staying at this landfill! One more time… WTFudge!?!

Run down old motel , poor fitting sheets, rough tiny towels damaged furniture. A great value at $59 but it wasn’t.

The place is ok for what it is. It's not fancy, at all. A lot of ppl won't like it bc they will feel it's a trap hotel but it's honestly just for those who can't afford to stay at the Hilton or the Wyndham. Your stay is what you make it too bc maintenance is rude.

The property is in advanced state of disrepair. Holes in wall, missing fixtures, just really poor shape. BUT what is left is very clean, so kudos to the janitorial staff. Beds seemed new.

The hotel room is definitely run down, with certain parts of the floor and ceiling beginning to fail. The television wasn't connected when I arrived, so I had to figure out the wiring before watching television. The room I had had very poor WiFi signal so I was unable to connect to the internet. (If the room was closer to the router, that might not be the case.) The drain in the tub was very slow so that I was over ankle deep when finishing my shower. (It did drain slowly once I finished my shower.)

The place is a dump. It was all that was available in Gainesville that was under $350 per night as it was graduation season. We paid $160 for one night at one of the dumpiest places we've stayed in a long time. The woman at check in was lovely, efficient, and helpful, but the place itself is bad news.

GUESTS BEWARE!! We arrived at approximately 7:45pm to check in. We were greeted with a locked front door and sign stating that someone would be back at 8:10pm. At 8:20pm-ish a man strolled up the sidewalk and proceeded to check us in. Upon getting into the room we immediately noticed an overwhelming musty smell. It clearly had been smoked in. There was missing sheetrock/paint around the bathroom vent (maybe a shoddy job at attempting to repair mold?). There were two shampoos (instead of one shampoo and conditioner). We were seriously concerned about beg bugs (luckily didn't find any). Lastly, the property was terribly loud in general (other guests up all hours of the night and street traffic). I cannot believe this place is charging $90+ a night. The only reason we stayed was because we needed to be up at 4:30am the next day to easily make it to the airport. Otherwise I would have left. Disgusting, smelly, and a horrible night's sleep.

Wall pkates dirty. Tub filled up with water while taking a shower. Grout real dirty in bathroom area. Carpet wad sticky and dirty while barefoot. Patch jobs thorough out the room.

Office was not staffed any time I went by. Arrived at about 9pm. Had to call number on door to hqve someone come check us in. Office was also closed at around 8:10am when they said they had coffee and snack. Not a good neighboorhood

Attitude of the counter staff was bad. She wanted me to take the 2nd floor room, when I asked for 1st floor room, she says that is more money. But finally she give 1st floor room, after argument, Who would want to ask for your rights at 11.30 PM after fatigue driving. There was no sign what time coffee area will remain open, I went to get coffee at 6.45 AM, the area is locked, upon requesting to open the area, she asks what for?, when I tell her I want coffee, she says come back at 7 AM. 2 bulbs did not work, pain on the door is peeling off, there were no tissue paper box. Microwave is hard to operate, main door does not open easily, it opens after wrestling with it. In short this is a run down property, do not suggest it to any one. I demand my room rent refund. This is not worth $30 room, and you charged me $65 for that.
