We had the best stay here. From check-in to check-out. Staff was great, the room smelled amazing, everything was clean. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great (we had eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, bagels and fresh fruit). I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

The room & staff were great. Unfortunately, my opinion was ruined because someone came and stole my friends e-bike right off the back of my car. It was locked, in the well lit parking lot and within view of the front door! The reason though for my unhappiness is because the hotel knew they had a theft problem and should have informed its guests upon check in! Our whole vacation was planned around bike riding, so this really messed that up!

This property is centrally located, modern building, clean, spacious room with queen size beds, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee with nice selection of flavors, work desk, and pet friendly. When we made the reservation we let them know that we probably would be arriving around midnight, the hotel immediately confirmed that they will hold the room for us, and the day prior to our arrival the manager sent an email letting us know that our room will be held until 2 am, that is good customer service!! Something that many other hotel brands are lacking off. We highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed

Staff us friendly and they tried to accommodate our request by changing room due yo bad smell. Cleaning supplies and possibly vinegar are used for cleaning which we could not stand. Not coming back because of the bad smell ww has in the two rooms we tried. Also washrooms are old

A nice well appointed and spacious room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is well stocked. Fitness room was disappointing. It didn’t appear that the treadmill was working. Breakfast was well stocked and on par with similar hotel properties. Overall a good stay. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

If you like waffles ok but most every thing else not to good!!! If you get up early forget eating it was supposed to be ready at 6 but the waffles and coffee was the only thing you could get befor 7 and ofcourse we had to leave bye 6:30.

This hotel advertising having a bar however, what it doesn't tell you is the bar is only open two days a week, and the hours is very depending on when they feel like being there. They should remove bar from their amenities of the hotel.

Ac too loud to the point of drowning out the tv and made it difficult to sleep. Same goes for noises outside of room. Needs a better sound barrier around the door. There was a cockroach in the shower in the morning.

Hospital follow up after my son’s heart transplant. No parking available. There were company vehicles with trailers from workers stay at hotel taking up several spaces. I needed to park at the back of hotel. Usually that would not be an issue, but it was raining and no other way to enter the building other than the front.

Comfy bed, clean, very adequate breakfast and huge suite...Very odd setup (the suite), would not do again and the very small uncomfortable Couch had what appeared to be wrapped in my grandma's comforter. Suggestions: close the doors to the laundry and kitchen, guests don't want to see behind the scenes. I travel approximately 100 plus nights a year. Pleasant stay

The worst in the hotel is 111. It is across from the laundry room and they leave the doors open so you hear all of the housekeeping all morning. You hear the free breakfast all morning. And the lobby bar at night. Very disappointed

Check in was a mess staff seemed overwhelmed with everything. Mattress was very lumpy tub had big crack and was missing a chunk in bottom lot of traffic noise did not sleep well. Breakfast was good. Overall a mediocre stay not good not bad

Have never stayed here before but will look to in the future. This hotel was clean & well decorated with a very good free breakfast. My only negatives would be that the room coffee maker didn't work & the TV remote has some unusual controls. Check out the mirrors!

We had hoped for a better hotel at this price point than what we experienced. Parts of the hotel looked nice like the owners had invested in it, but other parts didn't. The elevator made a lot of weird noises such that it seemed a risky proposition to use it (but we didn't have any real problems with it). The biggest issue was that the bathtub was filthy. We were too tired to change rooms, but my wife refused to use it. We didn't have any troubles sleeping on the bed as some reviews hinted at. Mattress was firm, but not rock hard.

The hom hotel in Gainesville, FL is an excellent place to stay. It is very clean and well-managed. The rooms were well-stocked, clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included delicious hot breakfast had a variety of choices. There were only two luggage carts. For the size of the hotel, another cart or two would have been appreciated. This is a 5-star hotel.
