This was not my first stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that I needed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel. well run. rooms very clean and well maintained.
Someone spilled condiment packets late Friday and it still was not cleaned up - but it was raining. Looked like sugar and ketchup packets all over parking space in front.

Bed was so uncomfortable so small for a king size. The hotel guest were so loud I could hear upstairs next to me and across from me all night. The smell of everyone's food cooking came into my hotel room . I left early because I didn't want to spend another restless night with my family

First three nights were great decided to stay one more day power went out, was without power no heat no nothing for over 20 hours was not given any kind of compensation for my discomfort

Basic room. Overall clean. Old and stained carpet. Kitchen under equipped. Clientele mixed of business, families and people in between finding housing. Smell of pot at the front door.

We had bugs that look like cockroaches in our room. The sofa was dirty. The walls were dirty, and it looks like the room had not been clean for quite some time. Would not be staying here again.

My daughters, granddaughters, young grandson and I booked 2 double suites for a Christmas shopping trip. My daughter's room was on the 3rd floor, and she promptly asked to move because the hall reeked of marijuana smoke. When the elevator door opened a man got out, then got back in after my daughter and her girls did and followed them to the 4th floor. He asked their room number (No!) then tried to get my daughter to get out first, leaving him alone with the girls (No again!). Later as we were leaving to go to supper the same man was in the breakfast area. When he saw us, he got up and followed us outside. Our cars were right out front, so we got in, locked the doors and drove away. We told the front desk (via phone) about the situation, but it was just a young lady at the desk and even she seemed nervous about it. We discussed the situation at dinner and the girls (ranging in age from 13 to 18) were so nervous that they said they didn't want to stay there. We went back and 2 adults went in and gathered our belongings. The front desk said to call on Monday to speak with the manager. When I called, he really could have cared less. He said it was a "safe" area in Burlington. He said we should have switched rooms. What good would have that done? Then he said we should have called the police. Isn't that the job of the hotel?! I didn't know I was in charge of security for the hotel when I booked the room! No refund of any kind even when Hotels.com tried. Stay elsewhere!

The front desk is always empty. The night time front desk person was impossible to find when i walked in to check in. She was very friendly and apologetic. When i came down a few hours later to ask a question, I was unable to find her again. The room was great! Very comfortable, clean amd spacious. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast we ever had. Fruit was old and brown. French toast was cold and the orange juice was watered down. It was completely inedible.

Tired and dirty. Peeling paint, slamming doors, floor boards from above that creaked so loud it woke me from sounds sleep multiple times. Would not recommend.

The size and configuration of the entire suite was just right for our family of 4. The rooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was good with adequate supplies. The wifi was weak in our room, the kids were unable to access their school work. The breakfast could have fresher options and extended hours--9am is too early when you're on vacation and wants to sleep in a bit and still catch breakfast.

Front desk at night when I checked in was very nice. Breakfast was ok, except the oatmeal pot was missing at 7:15am which I was plan to have. Had orange and a sachet of instant oatmeal instead which I had in the room. Upon check out there was no cart available, I had to use stairs. I told the front desk guy that he could have offered and emptied the cart beside him. But he did not. So inconvenient.

The air freshener scent rampant throughout the hotel was nauseating and the garbage cans outside the building were overflowing with the same garbage the same three nights of our stay. This hotel has so much potential, yet it was dirty and no attention to detail. Hoping this review will prompt management to do an overhaul.

Paint was chipping off the walls, rooms were not noise proof, breakfast didn’t start until 7, screw to the exhaust fan was in the tub, mold on the bottom, tv was bed level, no ice machine, staff was not friendly. Just a horrible experience.

This property was fantastic. We rented a one bedroom apartment for the price of a hotel room. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Sofa bed was a bit thin and lumpy but the couch itself was quite comfortable for one. Breakfast was pretty good and had lots of choices. Overall, the setting of the property and the interior design were fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again any time.

It was great. Only issue no early check in without a charge. They didn’t even offer to hold my luggage. Other than that it was comfy. Also hot water took a long time to come in the kitchen and the basin.
