Staybridge Suites Boston - Burlington by IHG

All Staybridge hotels that I have visited lack sufficient acoustical reduction construction between guest rooms, public corridors and sound from above and below. It is either the flooring structural system that is lacking (wood frame vs. concrete plank flooring), or some other flaw. It is too bad because the basic architectural plan layout is very good. Your architects need to learn how to sufficiently provide the proper sound resistance normally met in hotel construction.

Provide better sound resistance construction between the guest rooms at party walls, horizontally and vertically.

Social/food service was a great bonus. I liked having a kitchen to use. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Easy check-in/out experience.

The room floor could have been a little cleaner, and the carpet is a little old and needs replacement. The hotel allows pets, so there was a light smell in the room.

English We stayed for 7 nights, and this was our second stay at this hotel. Once again, we were very happy with our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was always available when requested. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary evening snacks offered from Monday to Wednesday — a very nice touch! We also appreciated the free laundry room, which is especially convenient for families. The only downside was that some guests left their laundry in the machines and did not come back for it. For example, wet towels were left in one of the dryers for two days. The outdoor pool was another great bonus. After a hot day, it was wonderful to relax and cool off there. I wish their was hala breakfast , as my family is not able to eat pork.
