Our family room smelled really bad, like armpit. The staff was great, breakfast was delicious. The elevator looks pretty old. Outside facilities are very good. No restaurant on side and the fitness room is not on property. I will stay here again though.

Was very disappointed that our first room wasn’t even clean and ready for us. We were reassigned to another room and the appearance of that room and lack of cleanliness was very noticeable. We will find another location for our next trip.

A beautiful property. The guy who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The maintenance man was amazing. When he came to fix the tv he had such an outgoing personality and put smiles on our faces. You could really tell he loves his job. The GM was so kind when we talked. I highly recommend staying at this property.

The floors were somewhat clean in the room. The outside security door didn't lock which was a little disconcerting. You did not need your key care to enter. Having said that I would stay here again. It was very quiet and the room overall was clean, the bed comfortable and it was in a pleasant setting.

Room and property showed a lot of wear and tear. Smelled smoke in the room on arrival and best they could do was give a spray - I kept the windows open most of the time. Everything else suited my needs - it was quiet, area felt safe, and the bed was comfortable.

Jen the manager was outstanding. Chad and Brandon as well. This was a difficult trip due to the circumstances surrounding our stay in Denver. The staff here went above and beyond to help and accommodate us with the changing nature of our stay.

The room was really dirty. We spilled a little water. 1 swipe on the carpet turned the towel black. The bedroom was connected to tge same wall the stairs were connected to. If someone walked on the srairs, it shook the bed, if a kid ran on the stairs it shook the room. Staff was nice, but the room was nasty and the microwave was broken.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the room was spacious although outdated. The living room window was cracked and the TV in one of the bedrooms would randomly turn on so we unplugged it. The thermostat was broken so the AC was either on full blast and the room would be freezing or we had to shut it off completely and then get hot. We notified the front desk on Sunday and although we stayed until the following Sat, no one ever fixed it. Upon check in we were asked if we wanted housekeeping. We said yes but never received any. On Wed. we notified the front desk and they apologized and had someone clean the room that day and provided fresh towels. However, we never received housekeeping again even though we stayed 7 nights. We mentioned this at checkout and were told that we needed to request housekeeping every day we wanted it. That was not communicated to us at check in or on Wed. when we initially complained about it. I expected better from a Marriot. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the breakfasts were decent.

The pool was green. Kids bought new bathing suits and no pool. I spent 5 days and they cleaned the room on the last day. No extra towels and limited toilet paper. Continental breakfast was very bad.

Upon check in the front desk, employee was very nice. However, the room was not clean as there was hair on her bed as well as in the shower. Also, the TV remote did not work properly, had to be 2 feet away and still would only work sporadically. It was hot out so the air conditioning was running, but when we left the next day, we turned it off while we were gone, came back in the room smelled terribly of smoke, made it bearable by having the air conditioning on, but still, unacceptable.

First room they tried to give us, the a/c didn't work and a window was broken. Second room was better, but outside door wouldn't unlock with the room key card. TV in one bedroom kept turning on by itself, just decided to unplug it. Milk from the continental breakfast was spoiled. The pool was very murky. One plus was they brought us some fresh milk after throwing out the spoiled. Would never stay there again

Our stay here was horrible, there is no pool, atleast not one that isn’t damaged and unusable, there was a horrible loud sound every few minutes for 45-60 seconds all night long, the entrance doors didn’t lock correctly. The hotel refused to allow us a refund so we could get a different hotel for the weekend and of course Travelocity let the hotel decide and weren’t helpful whatsoever! We had no hot water for over 24 hours and there was literally no breakfast over an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over!

This was the first time I stayed at this type of property I have stayed at suite hotels before but this location surpassed them easily the full kitchen with complete stove and oven microwave and dishwasher was incredibly convenient the two bedroom suite with 3 tv's was awesome so much space and privacy it was amazing the pullout couch although was not needed but was a welcome addition to the room the breakfast daily was good hot food with a change daily the only thing this place needs it to update the living room furniture and this place would be outstanding!

When we arrived, we drove around the hotel 3 times before we could figure out where to check in. There was no check-in sign, no cart port area showing you that was the lobby. Then once we finally checked in, there was an alarm going off in all buildings and the alarm in ours was on the other side of the wall where the bed was located. So after traveling, arriving in the middle of the night and being exhausted we went back down to the front desk and once the person finally came back to the desk, it took her 30 minutes (after calling people for help) to tell us that she couldn't do anything. So we had to take a shower in the bathroom that the floor blends into the shower and there was water everywhere and it was so unsanitary, kill a centipede and my wife slept in the car. Next day they "upgraded us" and I wish i could attach photos. This hotel is more of a motel nowadays. It need completely gutted. The air conditioner, vent fans are all caked in fuzz and grime and are so unhealthy. the bathroom had mildew and mold everywhere on the floor. The air conditioner was so dirty and so loud. The bedding was clean and we were thankful for that. That's the only plus we have of our stay. The pool was murky and scary. The worst part of all of this is that this hotel was not cheap. This was way overpriced for the condition.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we were dissapointed with was that the pool was continuously closed. It was open one day while we were there and the rest the staff said closed due to chemical issues. Really bummed with that especially with kids. Otherwise nice place we would stay at again

I would like to thank Sumanee and her team for being the utmost professionals and such a caring staff. I have stayed here three times in two months, each visit for a week or two, while in Denver taking care of my 98 year old Mom. If I had an issue they were responsive and went above and beyond. Great GM and team-stay here when in the area!
