The couch was stained and the toilet seat broken. Towels were thin and small. Pool full of hair only minutes after it opened for the day. Long line to check in.

Reserved a room with 2 queens. Put us in a room with Queen and a terrible hide a bed. Room had no fan or A/C. Had to move to another floor with Queen and a hide a bed. The hide a bed is in sleepable, worn out dirty mattress, slept on the couch.

Overall was a great stay. Breakfast was excellent, staff super friendly, and room was spacious. Only negatives, which weren’t a big deal, but maybe helpful feedback… we could hear all the hallway traffic and noisy kids in a nearby room, our shower leaked into the entry way of our room, and room could use a deep clean. Will gladly stay here again!

We stay here when we have to travel for my husband to see his doctor. This most recent stay we were there for 9 nights. The staff was always really friendly, and the shuttle to the mall helped keep us from getting too bored. This is where we will stay any time we need to travel to Minneapolis.

We had an amazing time, breakfast was alright, nothing fancy, but something to get your day started. Male staff checking in was super kind in the evening. The shuttle drivers are so kind, definitely took the opportunity to utilize them, going back and forth from the mall. We did have an issue of not being able to contact due to power outage, but they comped our issues and handled it professionally. Now let me get to Monique.. the manager, she is beyond amazing. She found out it was our daughter birthday & went above and beyond to make her feel special. My daughter said she was her favorite and had to give her the biggest hug leaving. Some of these reviews made me feel skeptical, but I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to anyone coming up to the area. Thank you again to the staff and everyone who helped make this trip extra special for her.

Mediocre stay. Nothing really special. Suprised they charged an extra $100 for “incidentals” on check in and $15 per day for parking. All not noted anywhere.

Clean near to airport spacious and easily a family of 4 can comfortably sleep because they put 2 queen beds and very nice spacious bathroom.

Nice clean rooms tons of people in the pool fun families nice bfast was Very uncomfortable w Some dude just staring at us myself and a group of young girls eat. Like we was eating his food. Found out it was maybe shuttle driver. He gave me the ugliest look as he left the lot. Good location creepers make me feel not comfortable

everything was great except the pool. water was cold! i asked the lady at the desk to see if she could heat up the water. instead the air was hot but not the water. she acted like she couldn't do anything.

newly refreshed and great staff. Regarding eco-friendliness, they do stock the bathrooms with large pump containers of shampoo, lotion etc. (not the miniatures) but that's about it. No ability to recycle.

Parking seems to be reserved for people who are not staying. Just paid to park. A s handicap individual i had to park across a busy street. Not worth it since they wanted $15 to park. Otherwise hotel was fine but parking was very bad

Was all Wonderful, besides the parking. Had to park 15.00 a dayand there lot doesnt even hokd many cars. Had to park across the street in another lot and walk in the freezing cold.

Everything about the hotel itself was good. However, the hotel charges a $15/night parking I was unaware of when booking. We were only staying for one night, so while this was not a major cost, I also felt it was a little unnecessary for guests only staying one night.

The hotel shuttle was not running and we waited 45min for it once and 30min thr next time. Both times we had to call an Uber and pay our of pocket. The elevator was broken. The towels were abrasive. There was no water pressure.

Overall this was a very nice place to stay at. Clean, good service, and good breakfast. One thing that really made me not want to come back was the $15 a day to park in their parking lot. I have never experienced this before anywhere. You pay to stay there and then pay them to park in the parking lot. Doesn’t make any sense to me but what does these days?

This has proved to be such an awesome place for our vacation stays. Everything is really easy to get to from there, the pool and the breakfast is great, the room was quiet and comfy, and the friendliness and helpfulness of staff is ... honestly, above and beyond. Really enjoyed our time here!

The Holiday Inn Express is located very close to both the airport and Mall of America. The property is in excellent shape and the room was a good size and very comfortable. My only complaint was not when we arrived back in our room later at night it had not been serviced by cleaning staff and was supposed to be. Nonetheless the breakfast is excellent.

Place was very clean. Staff were friendly. Airport shuttle was flawless. Didn't eat breakfast because we left before breakfast opened. Will be staying here everyone we fly from now on.
