This place is a mess all the way around. I would not stay here again. I had to leave $100 cash at check in as a deposit. I could not use a card. That’s literally never happened to me. The people at the counter were not particularly nice or hospitable. We had to interact through a hole in the safety window. The ice machine didn’t work, I think the vending machine had New Coke in it, that’s how old it was. We got a room with two beds, but the bathroom was through the other bedroom so I had to walk into my friend’s room to go to the bathroom. The beds were hard, the windows were thin and there was a lot of traffic noise. It’s the little touches though, like the diagrams on the wall from when they remodeled and we’re going to install the toilet paper dispenser in one place but then changed their mind. This is not the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at, but they’re certainly going for the gold.

I grow up around this place. You think with Inglewood up and coming that they would invest in their property. Their beds are the worst. It was roaches and it was the disturbance and one of the rooms going on for over hour they were so loud me and my company just got up and left and checked out it wasn't even worth staying didn't get no rest. I've been to this place many times throughout the years but I think this might be my last time ever going back there I'm just not a clean and comfortable place. And I'm sure with the activities going on in Inglewood when the prices go up their prices are going to go up just not worth it. Like I said it was so much disturbance couldn't sleep just got up and left

You get what you pay for. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It was fine. The room needed a lot of repairs, but was clean.

Room was clean except for rust under the bar in the tub/shower. Linoleum was damaged in a couple of places. Cracked bathroom tiles, broken hair dryer switch was broken. Lock got stuck a couple of times when I was trying to leave

The was the banging of something that sounded like a dumpster being closed 24/7. Nearest coffee was 4 blocks away in a very unsafe area. No soundproofing in room. Could hear neighbors on both sides as well as above me. I had to get another room in a safer area after one night.

I didn’t like that there was no iron or ironing board the bathroom door is falling the beds are to old and squeak there is no ice in the machines also vending machine dnt work they don't put no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom I really think the price is to much for the rooms we also saw roaches crawling in the bathroom I would not stay here again

The property was filthy, the asked for A $50 deposit. The room was nasty. It was soooo noisy because of near by buissness. I held onto the plastic ice bucket because I had been vomiting. They asked for the plastic ice bucket back

Walls in the bathrooms were damaged, the bathrooms are dirty. It’s close to the airport but not in the nicest area. Worked for last minute but would not stay again.

Building, bed and other furniture are too old. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the cigarette smoke that wouldn’t go away even after I turned on the antique AC. I went back to the isolated and barricaded(stand alone) reception room, rang the bell for some minutes without any response. I feared for my life as I stood outside of the barricaded reception room that clearly leaves the guest exposed to the open entrance and the streets. It is possible to be robbed or attacked during or after checking in whilst the hotel attendant remains safe behind the bullet proof window. Unbelievable “hospitality” in this century, yes, I need a refund please.

Please do not stay here. The photos misrepresent what the place actually is. It’s a complete dump. The room wreaked with a funky odor and had holes in the wall and other damages. The staff is also rude and refused to give me a receipt for my stay.

The manager, Kris, is the best hotel manager I've ever met. He embodies customer service. He's ultra efficient, knowledgeable and honest--a real class act. He should be managing a Ritz-Carlton.

I grew up near the surrounding area from the early 80s. This place has gone down a lot. I believe I rent their most expensive room. Which is the 2br with jett tub. When you turn the jets on the motor is sooooo loud you can't hear ur Bluetooth speaker. But if ur a smoker you might not let it bother you because a lot of places are non-smoking

This place is terrible, and way overpriced! Room 105 was disgusting, dirty, out of date, half painted. I was surprised the sheets seemed clean. Towels were cheap and nasty and dirty. Had to pay for ice. No tea or coffee Staff at check in wouldn’t even help me with 4 large pieces of luggage. It is more of a hotel for ladies of the night or drug deals, not travellers. Never again!!

Room was decent, but one staff member had a bad attitude every time there was a problem with our room. Thought this was in a good area. Pictures are a lie of property. Really felt like a motel more, seems like a place where people take prostitutes or do drugs

The staff were friendly and willing to work with me. I had to extend my stay a day earlier for my friend but I was paying and they were willing to delay accepting their deposit (CASH ONLY) until I arrived a day later. The room was clean, but needed some TLC but the beds were nice and comfortable. Overall I thought it was a decent stay.

The room was nasty with old furniture. Bed sheets were covering the chairs. It was one of the most horrible experiences ever. I couldn’t stay in that room more then 10 mins before I checked out.

Hotel seemed sketchy. We got the room noticed it was tucked in the corner. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Room was “clean” but walls dirty, mattress dirty. We didn’t stay our stay. We ended up getting another hotel.
