Friendly staff at check in. Beautiful property and decent room. Had trouble with the ac took much effort to get the ac to work. Every button had to be held down for 3-5 seconds. Went half the night without ac because we’re unable to change the temperature on the thermostat.
Purchased breakfast but mishap in times and on mother’s day had no breakfast options at 10 am. Very disappointing.
4.0
Nice hotel. Front desk charged us for valet parking when it was included. Called front desk to remedy.
5.0
Great location. Everything was fine, excellent staff in all departments. Had to book late due to a friend’s death. I am not particularly a fan of dynamic pricing thus the next comment.
For the price the room was a bit small and did not have the requested walk-in shower.

Loved the property and service.

We stayed for two nights just as a fun weekend get-away. Since we had tickets for a concert at The Crest, this hotel was really convenient and easy walking distance to the venue and a lot of restaurants near by. We didn't rent a car, so didn't have to deal with parking and walked everywhere.
The front desk service was friendly and fast, and both check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. Our room was on the 13th floor and fairly spacious. It was in good condition, but all the fixtures, furniture, and finishes were tired. Everything was functional and clean so no complaints at all, but maybe a refresh is due soon.
If you're staying in downtown Sacramento I would recommend the Grand Sheraton, and I'd stay here again.

Very quiet, beautiful and clean

A convenient hotel for downtown Sacramento, close to the Capitol buildings. Parking will cost $30 per day and is a short walk across the street. Clean room, and on the 24th floor it was nice and quiet. No morning breakfast though.
6.0
Extremely overpriced for a very average room. The room was comparable to a Holiday Inn Express but we paid a luxury hotel rate! We selected this hotel because of the proximity to downtown restaurants and attractions. If we had to do it again we would rent a car and drive into the downtown area. Our rooms were VERY overpriced. In addition, the area surrounding the hotel felt very unsafe after dark.

This trip was a quick weekend trip to the PBR in Sacramento, CA. The hotel staff and hotel it self was clean and amazing. The only suggestion I would make is replace the pillow with more firm pillows. I had 2 pillows and it seemed as if I was as laying flat on the bed. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay.
2.0
Bath tub and towels were not sanitary.
Water pressure was very low.

Love it will stay again, best thing was the female front desks people and a make waiter at night, he was tipped well because he was amazing, I really mean it.

I enjoyed my room on the 6th floor of this hotel, very pleasant room design. The main lobby feels pleasant and welcoming. Easy acces to good restaurants and downtown touristic places like the Capitol, the Stanford Mansion and the main cathedral.

The staff was very friendly… the hotel rooms are DATED and kinda ugly.
Gym was very clean and nice.
The area at night had bums EVERYWHERE but during the day was quite nice, lots of restaurants near by. Just be back before sundown
3.0
valet parking.
bathroom lacked a bar of soap, only dispensable soap.
Sitting Chair in room was totally fatigued and dirty.
Window seat pad stained and dirty. The final price for this room with parking was $490-. As a business owner I would be embarrassed with the overall product.

It was very convenient for walking to discovery park

Check in was fast and friendly. Comfy bed and clean room.

Took 60 minutes to be checked in on a random Thursday at 3 pm. Check in time is 3, they didn’t have anyone’s rooms ready until 4:30-5. I asked if we could at least check our bags to be checked while we walked around town and he “wasn’t sure” where that could occur. Pretty much the opposite of what I would expect for a midrange hotel like this. Check out other nearby options unless you have extra hours to kill for every step of the process.

This property was nice but the homeless community is very strong in the surrounding area. Use the key card to get up in the elevator for increased safety.

Hotel was very nice but as is in a lot of places in California homeless encampments throughout the streets. It was walking distance to many things and facilities in hotel were well maintained.
