I go to Mechelen once a year, always staying at the Holiday Inn. An excellent hotel, clean, well maintained, super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast with lots of options and convenient location. Only complaint is that the AC in our room didn’t work and it was very hot at night even with the window open.

We had a great stay at the Mechelen Holiday Inn! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. It's very central so you are in walking distance to the bus/train station and all the local attractions.
Good breakfast selection overall for my partner, though fairly basic for me as a vegan. I appreciated having plant-based milk and fruit salad available, but adding a few more hot or cold plant-based items and fresh vegetables would improve the breakfast options.
