We were allocated a room for a disabled person even though neither of us are disabled or had requested it. However we did appreciate the wet room rather than a bath with shower over. But, and a big but for any traveller, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place toiletries, razors, toothbrushes, deodorant, hairbrushes etc etc. All the things that are needed within reach of the sink. We ended up dragging the chair in the shower to the sink in order to have our toilet bags close without them being placed on the floor. A normal bathroom has a counter either side of the sink. Has no-one ever thought about where a disabled person would put their toiletries. If on the floor they would be out of reach for a wheelchair user. It would be nice if the manager could address this problem and write to me to explain their reasoning for this error. Otherwise the bed was comfy and other services satisfactory.

I come here every month for some “me” time and I’m never disappointed. The rooms are lovely, the power showers are amazing and the room service is spot-on, which is why I keep coming back

Only at the hotel for one night. Check in perfect. Room clean and tidy. Didn't book breakfast. Early start next day and as reception desk was unattended at the time, we just popped the room pass into the check out box and departed. No problems.
