The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the sitting area and the small office area. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Told front desk at check-in we prefer non-adjoining room. Found out it was an adjoining room and called, then was told the hotel was fully booked and no other options. Found hair in the bathtub. Paint was peeling off the ceiling. Had to call for amenities. Response was quick.

Our first time at this hotel and it was great for an overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and cozy. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and staff was quick and friendly. Breakfast was great with so many choices. I personally loved the fresh hot coffee available all day and the refreshing lemon water. We loved enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again soon

We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. The front desk had fresh cookies and donuts and there was cold water and hot coffee available at all times. The pool was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was generous and had many options. There were some areas of the hotel that could use updating, but it was still very clean. Very pleased with our stay and could not beat the price. Will stay here again and recommend. The hotel was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Handicap rooms shower bench had mold on it. The beds are outdated hard and terrible. Stains in the couch, dirty towel but nice front desk and housekeeping staff.

Room was very clean. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable and shower was old and not comfortable to use. However, we were there when a cheer and dance competition was being held nearby and a lot of contestants weee staying there. Room was VERY quiet. Great for a one-night stay.

Their staff went above and beyond making it a fun atmosphere for the cheer groups that weekend. They had a hot cocoa bar, cookies, candy and decorations for the cheerleaders. They also had a an extra waffle maker set up in the morning because of the large amount of people there. Their extra efforts to make us feel welcome were much appreciated and we will be staying here again for our next cheer trip in the area.

This property is showing its age.
PROS: Good location, good price, good selection at the breakfast buffet. The free cookies and bottles of water at check-in were a nice touch.
CONS: Breakfast area too small, no tables available either of the days we were there; also, they ran out of some of the food items. In our room, couch was stained, bed comforter was stained, previous guests had left a bagful of garbage in the cabinet under the sink, shower had very low water pressure. We expected maid service the second day, did not get it (were not told we had to request it).

Literally stayed the night just to be close to the mall, specifically the Improv. Stayed the night, tried out the free breakfast that served its purpose, coffee, eggs, sausage, bread/toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, nothing over the top, and left out. Seemed clean enough, close to the mall which is ideal.

Hi I arrived at 2:50 which is about ten minutes before check in I was informed that they were over booked and I had to wait in see can they find me a room after I had already paid for it at about 3:35 they finally found me a room which was not cleaned when my children and I made it inside I told the front desk they took me to another room that was cold but my kids and they just dealt with it because it was only for one night

Nice location. The staff was friendly. The first room we had reeked of smoke. We received a second room and the toilet leaked and ran all night. The hotel ran out of extra towels and did not plan on washing new ones until the next day.

Overall it was good. The AC/Heat Unit was noisy and horrible. It rattled all night. Also the breakfast was OK but lacked different items Sausage but no bacon (everyone does not like sausage). No ice near the refreshments.

I stay here frequently and I was very pleased on this trip! The staff was friendly & helpful, my room request was honored, the facilities were clean, as well as our room, and some deferred building maintenance had finally been addressed and it made This was a holiday weekend and the hotel seemed packed, but the halls were quiet at the appropriate times and the staff seemed to be well prepared. The location is wonderful and can’t be beat for shopping and dining. It was a very nice stay!

Everything was great about this property except the knock on the door at 8am to see if we had a late check out? We were sleeping and I could not understand why you would be there to clean when we had not checked out of the hotel.

This was the first time staying with this hotel chain. The room was great and clean. The pool was a little on the smaller size but worked great for us. The breakfast had lots of different options and was good.

Hotel is fine, the person who check us in was nice. No paper towel in the kitchen, no make up remover. Overall stay was good.

The check in was nice coming in from our wedding dinner to spend the night we were treated well given water bottles. The room bed was not comfy, not all lights worked making the room dark, the heat was not working well making it hard to sleep constantly increasing the heat.

I like the distribution of the room. Especially the sick outside the bathroom and the big mirror. I didnt like the water pool, was so cold more than other pools Otherwise everything was excellent.
