We had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. It was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been to. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. My kids loved the pool. The location is the best!! Thank you Hyatt!!

Check in was great. It was nice having the breakfast available. Went to use the pool, but there were no towels. There was a question about eco friendliness; this hotel was terrible at that! Lots of styrofoam used for breakfast, and no option to re-use towels.

The bathroom was so small and difficult to get in and out of. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. My only 2 complaints.

This was an in town get away/not have to drive home after a late evening’s event. It was a nice room with a comfortable sitting area. The hotel was quiet even though it looked pretty full in the parking lot.

Bed was terrible tried the sofa bed also could not sleep on it we ended up leaving at 12 pm also the heating unit was very loud plus it would get cold in the room then it would turn on and become very warm would never stay here again

Check-in was quick. Room layout was strange. The heater blew out cold air. The elevator floors had water on it each time I used it. Bathroom was very small. Food serving and reception areas are small.

This is the third year in a row that we have taken our high school cheer team to back to back competitions in the area. This year we needed to leave the hotel 15 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to start. The hotel manager made arrangements for breakfast to start an hour earlier to accomodate our group!! The staff, rooms, lobby, and breakfast were all amazing. We will stay again next year!!

This hotel is usually our first choice hotel to stay at for the last five years.
We decided to stay at this hotel for five days when we normally stay for two to three days.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations this time.
We requested cleaning for two days straight, and they did not respond but left new towels with garbage bag expecting us to clean the hotel.
The bed was not comfortable. I was very frustrated and disappointed. Our hotel room smelled funny and sewage.
We will give another try next time we stay but sadly staying at this hotel did not make the long trip enjoyable.

I accidentally left a book I was reading and asked if they had found it. I was able to pick it up more than a week later. The staff went above and beyond in my stay as well as with my book issue. I sincerely appreciate it. They have a very comfortable bed and a fantastic free breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was too warm. The workout room doesn't have a TV and is too hot to really workout in. The breakfast was fine.

Very nice desk person at checkin. Big king rooms with seating area and desk area that was very nice. Everything worked well except the WiFi which was nonfunctional the 2 days we were there. The bed was comfy. The room was quiet. The shower was very good. The bathroom layout was such that the toilet was in a cramped area which was a bit weird. Sizeable refridgerator, but no microwave. Plenty of storage places. Limited number of open plugs.

This hotel has been my go to for day trips to the area, and it has always been a great balance of cost, convenience, and comfort. Accommodating staff and comprehensive amenities at a great location.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast, pool was heated but was disappointed there was no hot tub at the pool like we thought. It looked like there used to be one and they took it out and put concrete over it!?

Issac was extremely helpful to me when we discovered I had made my reservation for the night after I was meant to stay. He helped me make the correction and I stayed the night I was supposed to. I travel to this area twice a year for a meeting and this is my favorite hotel to stay at. Thank you!

This is our go-to hotel when traveling to visit family. It has rooms big enough to accommodate a family of five, three of whom are young adults (two double beds and a sleeper), it accepts our dog, and the hot breakfast is tasty and a real cost saver.

I had a poor experience at this hotel. First the pool area was indoor but freezing, so my teenage girls could not swim, and they were really looking forward to enjoying the pool. Next the hotel room was cold, we discovered this after getting comfortable-we reached out and someone arrived to fix approximately 15-30 minutes after request and discovered the heat does not work in the room. We were then asked to move to the room name door. Only to discover a HORRIBLE FISH oder. So we ended up moving a 3rd time, the last room was acceptable.

Evening staff was friendly. The morning staff would disappear like they were avoiding guests. Very unprepared for 8 am Saturday morning breakfast. Out of everything and when asked, the staff would run away.

I enjoyed my stay, but I accidentally left some items behind. The manager said she would send them to me. I paid for shipping, got a fake confirmation number and haven’t received my package after 2weeks. So, I would stay again, but be more mindful of my things, they were irreplaceable.

Everything was great except the pool. Our family was hoping to enjoy the pool but unfortunately where the pool is, is not insulated. It was very cold. Disappointed.

Your staff, especially Ana! She was the absolute best! Friendly is an understatement! She was so kind and helpful! Your breakfast was great and the staff who prepared it was amazing! The only complaint I'd have is that the rooms didn't have a microwave. Everything else was just fantastic! Thanks for a great stay.

Pool area was absolutely freezing. Water was too cold and room temperature was very very cold. Kids would only swim for 5 minutes before their lips and fingers turned blue and they started shivering. Lobby area was dirty during breakfast time. Checkout time is 12pm, and on day of checkout, the maids entered our room at 915am to clean when we hadn’t even checked out yet. And came back again every 20-30 minutes until we finally checked out. Felt very rushed.
