Stayed for one night and was very happy with the overall experience. Clean room, as advertised, comfortable king bed. Check in process was efficient and front desk staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Didn’t take advantage of the bar/kitchen but the food options looked great! Only con would be I wish there was a microwave in the room. Not a huge issue but I had some leftovers from dinner I would’ve loved to heat up lol. That said, a solid 8/10 experience.

Never have I stayed at a large chain hotel that didn’t have available rollaway beds. We had a last minute addition to our family travels but our room only had 2 queen beds, no couch. We asked for a rollaway for which we would have paid extra. We were told the hotel did not possess any rollaway bed options. We were shocked. Thus two grown adults had to sleep in the same small bed. We asked if we could change the room from a 2 queen to a King plus sofa (at least that would give the 2 people sleeping together more room), but were told we could make no changes to our room reservation because we booked it thru Expedia. I won’t make that mistake again. I was shocked and disappointed that the Marriott did not provide coffee for their guests. Never have I ever stayed at any hotel or even roadside motel that did not offer complimentary coffee for their guests. I was very disappointed that the facility didn’t offer breakfast. It’s come to be expected that continental breakfast items will be available either complimentary or at minimal cost to guests at all hotels with the reputation of JW Marriott. On Saturday morning the hotel had no hot water available in any of the rooms. Something had broken. Therefore we were unable to take a shower prior to leaving for the day. The hotel staff at the front desk and bar were understaffed on more than one day. We were generally underwhelmed by the hotel in general, no fault of staff. Staff were polite and friendly.

Bed and room very clean, next to major highways, and restaurant, 40 minutes from Boston, the staff was friendly specially the young girl from front desk which went out of her way to help :)

I had, I think, the most modest room -- one queen bed. But the room was really spacious. It had a fold-out couch that was really comfortable to sit on to watch TV. The room was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. The bistro downstairs was a good and fairly priced source for rooms I (as a solo traveler) could take up to my room. The location is great -- easy access to the Mass Pike and Boston, but not so close that I heard traffic noise. Great room for a very good price (taking into account Boston housing costs and the competition!).

My stay was short but very enjoyable

The location was convenient. The front desk service was polite and welcoming. The room furnishings were spare and in need of updating. The tub had rust spots. Carpet was dirty. It would have been nice to have water and coffee in the lobby at least since no breakfast was included in our rate. This Bonvoy experience was disappointing.

We stayed here when we visited family in nearby Framingham. It's our second time in the past 4 months. The lobby, Bistro and hallways are updated. The rooms are not updated. They are, however, very quiet and it's restful. The bathrooms and showers need a big upgrade. Our shower was a dud; hardly had any flow. Again, the location is great for shopping at the Natick Mall and Shopper's World. I would like the lobby to offer coffee for their guests. When we were leaning at 6:30 am the desk clerk said the Bistro wasn't open yet and there was a coffee maker in our room. That's just poor customer service in my opinion. We were the only 2 people up Anna checking out... find some coffee for your guests to take with them. Just wanting more and expecting more from a Marriott Bonvoy.

The property is good. The price was is high for the amenities and luxury level. There were two conferences when we stayed so the staff was overwhelmed. One conference was on Swim Masters and another one was a golf tournament. This rooms were not well attended/clean.

Room we got was not the one confirmed. Confirmation : King room with sofa bed, received king bed no sofa bed.shower was AWFUL! Control was on back wall hard to reach, turned on and cold water shot out all over floor! Got soaked with cold water trying to turn off! Placement of grab bars and dispensers left little room to stand in shower. Water was hard to adjust for comfort. Had to use all the towels to soak up water. Drapery was off hook in bedroom and not clean. Have strayed there before without problem. Won’t be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. While I had hopes for a comfortable and clean room, I encountered several issues that made my stay less than pleasant. Upon entering the room, I noticed a spider web on the wall near the corner. It was quite unsettling to see, and it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. It was clear that the cleaning standards were not up to par. The next issue I encountered was in the bathroom. The shower head was visibly dirty, with grime and mineral buildup present. It not only looked unappealing but also made me question the hygiene of the bathroom. Taking a shower was not the refreshing experience I had hoped for. Furthermore, the bathtub was in a deplorable state. Mold had taken over the grout lines, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. It was impossible to relax and enjoy a bath in such conditions, and I avoided using the tub altogether. To top it all off, the surface of the toilet seat had what appeared to be a burn mark. This not only made it uncomfortable to use but also left me wondering about the overall maintenance and attention to detail in the room. Overall, my stay in this hotel room was disappointing. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was evident, and it greatly affected my comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend that the hotel management takes immediate action to address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

The room was clean but I was disappointed because it didn't have A Microwave, the refrigerator didn't work well, and and what we thought was complimentary water was $6 A bottle!
