The hotel was a bit old and our room was fine, just not the cleanest. The tub didn't drain well so when you took a shower, you stood in ankle-deep water. Staff was extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast was always good!

Well I thought this would be better due to its location but I was very wrong. First, the staff at the front desk was unpleasant. My room smelled awful, the hallway had a terrible weed smell (mind you the rooms are nonsmoking), AC barely worked, my room didn’t have shower gel, tv was from the 1800s, the towels in the bathroom were dirty, they all had red stains on them.

Stephen @ Check In was great. He got things off to a good start. The room was a little run down -- one of the wall mounted soap dispensers was just stood-up in the corner of the shower and no longer attached to the wall. The fact that there is no USB plug-in on BOTH sides of the bed was disappointing. The bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. I used gym on Friday morning and noted that the seat for the Peloton moves horizontally (despite stopping my ride and tightening it). You might one to have someone check the tightening bolt or the shaft of the horizontal and/or order a new seat mounting shaft. We had coffee in the lobby on Thursday afternoon and it was dreadful.... truly dreadful. My aunt was also staying with you, and she struggled a bit on the stairs going up/down to the breakfast area. I saw a ramp outside, but that's just not practical in the winter. This isn't our first stay -- won't be our last -- as we have family in Natick. Hope these comments are helpful.

Good place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful. Free breakfast a plus and loved the hot water! For real, the water was hot in the shower and sink instantly! Close to good shopping like Natick Mall and shoppers world shops.

This Hampton Inn is extremely in need of renovation. Everything is old and used. Furniture needs to be replaced. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and other guests commented on this as well . Normally Hampton Inn is a safe bet for comfort and nice environment. Not the one in Natick.

The service was HORRIBLE but the hotel is clean. Average looking. They could not find our reservation upon checking in and instead of just honoring the rate from our confirmation email and booking us a new room, they made us wait for 30 minutes (AT MIDNIGHT) while they tried to troubleshoot. Upon checkout, their machines were down and we had a flight to catch so they made us write our card information down on paper (not secure) to be charged later. Lastly, when the rooms were charged they messed up and charged the same card twice (since we had 2 rooms) instead of charging one room per card. We also asked for a vacuum because we spilled something and they only gave us a rag. One room had a microwave and fridge and the other did not.

This place needs an update - fast. Drafty old noisy windows on a main road in MA don’t cut it for guests or Hilton. You an hear everything from the rooms around/above. And you need to sign up for Hilton Honors for “free” wifi. Not an honor. Not recommend.

Jiust my type of place --- comfortable physically, socially --- very good quality without being too fancy. Spacious, comfortable, clean breakfast dining area, well organized, great food, especially the oatmeal with all the extras I love: nuts, brown sugar, raisins, milk. Hot breakfast of eggs, meat, carbs varied each day. Bed super comfortable, with top comforter just the right weight and with soft pillows. Bathroom well appointed with simple, clean style. Shower easy to operate with good pressure. Elevator easy to use, never waited long.. Front desk staff friendly, efficient, professional. I will definitely be back and use Hampton Inn more often.

Room was just what we were looking for and very quiet. There was a big group when we went to get breakfast and no seats and you were out of fruit. Having some lactose free milk would be very helpful.

The view was amazing and super relaxing. We wanted to book another night but they were all booked up but we still enjoyed our stay and found another hotel to book for a second night. I liked how the hotel was close to the nature cruise, which we booked and it was great.

We added an extra night to our stay because the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was the best.. great variety and lots of room in the dining area. There is a sports bar adjoining the property. The food and drinks are top notch. We walked to the large mall one afternoon and were impressed by the high end shops and great coffee bar there.
