It was very filthy. Sheets were not clean. Felt like bugs were in bed. Hoping they don’t have bedbugs! Bathroom dirty. Shower was filthy. Will never stay here again. Never experienced a Springhill suites as filthy as this one!

Great overall! Clean, comfortable and great set up for more than 4 people. Excellent b-fast set up that was stocked. Only challenge was not being set up for the 5 people that were on the reservation. We had to go get more TP, pillows, blankets, and towels. It's not a big deal, but that put a greater demand on front desk staff as we continued to realize what we needed. Def will stay here again!

In town for a travel ball tournament. Perfect location. Nice rooms. King suite was perfect for us. Really like the big sofa that is the size of a twin bed with a twin trundle that pulls out from under it too. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if the king bed in room 207 was comfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. We did not sleep well the two days we stayed at the hotel.

Friendly staff; nice hotel. Perhaps too subjective but we found the mattresses entirely too soft. We have back issues and those mattresses only exacerbated those issues. Other than that, no complaints.

The SpringHill at Mall of Georgia property was excellent. The property was clean, quiet, and safe. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and the options were a pleasant surprise.

So many things missing from usual stay at an equivalent hotel. No moisturizer kit, No glasses to drink water or rather anything, no coffee whitener in the room, extremely poor flow of shower. I would rather get a tent instead.

The place was beautiful and well-kept. The staff was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was great. Can use some plates, glasses, and other stuff for the small kitchenette to make our stay better. Overall, we'll come back again.

We visited the area and spent 5 nights exploring the area. Springhill Suites at Mall of Georgia Buford was a comfortable, safe, clean hotel. The breakfast was ok, but we made use of the local restaurants for meals. The pool is outdoors and is small but clean. The workout room was typical for a hotel, all of the equipment was in good working order. There is ample parking which is included in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds comfy and the air conditioning works really well.
