Simple and good to stay if you are looking for a budget place. Large rooms, with refrigerators, microwave, hot water, simple breakfast, free parking, friendly personal.

One of the best service I had ever experienced. They bought us a new hair dryer even though it was late night when the one in the room was broken. They have a good breakfast menu and I enjoyed the self-made waffle the most. Thank you.

They have been running rug shapooers all day and it is now after 6PM and they are still going at it. You cannot even hear yourself think! Completely terrible thing to do to paying customers!

It was good, mostly clem, though there seemed to be a grape arch m stuck in our sink. Otherwise seemed clean enough.

Hotel has seen better days. Stayed there pre Covid, room was very clean and well maintained. This time room was very run down, dirty carpet. Bathtub was so stained and yellowed, needs good scrubbing. Towels and wash cloths were extremely dingy. One of my group refused to use shower or wash clothes. On the positive side, bed was very comfortable and lots of hot water.

I seldom write reviews but this place was very good for the price and they had free breakfast. It’s not fancy but it seemed reasonably clean for an older hotel. The staff was very nice.

Just a small town road side motel. Definitely not worth the price. They should never charge more then $60 a night for old motels like this.

No hot water, used vaping pipe in one of the beds, TV volume was on high and would not turn down. Very dated, and not cleaned! Pictures on ads must be from 15 years ago!

Nice, spacious room. Main complaint is that the microwave didn't work. It would not pull out far enough to let me access the cord to see if it was unplugged. Also, when I attempted to access it from the back, the cabinet was much too heavy to move. There was some dirty plastic spoons and other trash behind it. I disposed what I could get to. Staff was very friendly & courteous, and there's even waffles & cereal for breakfast!

I end up getting another hotel. Room and Sheets were dirty and door safety lock was missing.

We needed to stay the night on our way home and we got a room to rest up for the second day of driving. Friendly staff. $20 for our puppy. Slept well and would stay there again.

The place looked fine at a glance, but there was writing and mold on the shower curtain. Towels were all shades of grey. Missing ice bucket and the place was kept uncomfortablely warm. It wouldn't have been too bad but the AC didn't work quite right either. When I told the staff about the writing on the shower curtain they seemed unphased, like it was normal and did not offer to change it out. If you just need a place to sleep on your way somewhere like we did, it was a great price for a place to sleep.

Stayed at Rodeway Inn for one night. It served the purpose. Just needed a place to sleep. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean-ish. I guess it’s just an old property. Breakfast was included but ended too early (at 9 am) and we didn’t make it because we wanted to sleep in. Hot tub closes in November. We were disappointed about this part because we were trying to book hotels with hot tub for relaxing after hikes (Dec trip). No issues otherwise! Great location. Good enough if you are just passing through!

Great location in Kanab, walking distance from cute shops and restaurants. Free breakfast (appreciated) had coffee/ tea, a waffle maker, toast and basic sugar cereal options. The room was not very clean with an obvious oversight of grime around the sink area and in the shower, some red stains (lipstick?) on one bed's sheets, and one of the grossest microwaves I've seen. Towels looked stained because they were white and unbleached, but were clean. One of the beds dipped in in the middle. Basic accommodations for a very cheap price (no housekeeping checks during the stay - you get what you pay for).

Actually the room was so filthy that we left this hotel and went elsewhere. The carpets were so dirty that I could not even tell you what color they were. The soft chair was also in horrible condition. We figured we’d just move on down the road to a clean establishment and we are d so I happy we did.

Everything was fine ... after the first encounter at the front desk. He started to say 2nd floor, but I explained that we cannot climb stairs. He said they did not have a 1st floor room. I had to insist rather strongly and said we reserved a 1st floor room. We ended up in what I think was their ADA room which was perfect for our need, but not for a real ADA-need person. So it ended well for us.

Older property, needs updating. Not very clean, Toilet ring, Dirty shower curtains, Mirrors and glass wiped with soiled rag Toilet seal leaked-recharging every hour waking us up

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel to do some hiking in the area. At check in the guy at the counter got into some weird shouting match with an employee about what time she started the next day. This went on until the employee left. Romm was very outdated and musty. I think the room was built to accommodate the Keebler Elves. The toilet was extremely low and the bathroom sink, and counter was barely above my knees and I'm only 5' 8" tall. The towels were very worn as was the bedding. The free "breakfast" is a pair of waffle makers with no tables or chairs to eat at. The bed was pretty comfortable and the A/C worked fine, so there were a couple positives. Will definately go back to Kanab for more hiking. Will definately not stay at this motel though.

The room had a very strong odor to it. There was a extremely basic breakfast included, but we had to stand and eat because the room only had 2 chairs (old overstuffed).

We drove from San Jose to Utah to see the solar eclipse and the national parks and stayed in 5 motels in 9 days. This is by far the best and unbelievably - the lowest price per night to stay. The room is big, quiet and clean. Even with free continental breakfast of self-make waffle, toast, cereal and coffee.

You get what you pay for & sometimes less. I cannot recommend staying here. Not clean at all. Sketchy & limited breakfast. I like Rodeway, but not this one.
